The view was amazing and we slept great in the primary bedroom! The bathrooms and kitchen were updated.The pool was very clean and refreshing!

We LOVED this condo. It was so close to the beach. The beach was peaceful & serene - exactly what we were looking for. We loved seeing the dolphins every morning, we also saw stingray coming right up to the beach - very cool! Check in was smooth, the office staff were super nice! The only very small detail that was a little annoying was the placement of outlets in both bedrooms, they were not in a convenienant place for charging phones, etc. And one outlet in the spare room did not work at all. However, this was in no way a deal breaker and we would absolutly stay here again.

I’ve never stayed this close to the ocean, I could throw a baseball into the water from our balcony!

The beach wasn’t overcrowded in this area and the pool is right on the beach as well, I’d stay here again

Thanks Travis for your review. We are one of the closets buildings to the Gulf not to mention the pool deck only a step away from Sand. Glad to hear you would come back. Next year a new Master bath will be added.

Perfect spot on the beach.

perfect beach getaway,with all the comfort of home. Very clean and staff is very friendly also. Nice pool and sundeck. We loved every part of our stay. Already planning my next trip to 50 Gulfside Thank you

I was very impressed with the property. It was as described and the check in was great. I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend. In fact, I already told a friend about it as she is planning a trip here n the next few weeks.

Great location

Positive: Great location near local restaurants, right on the beach, good neighbors and controls, enjoyable deck area which has been updated. Negative: The appliances, flooring, bedding, electronics need to be updated.

The View-Priceless!

So enjoyed staying here. Directly on the ocean. Beautiful view right from your balcony. Bathrooms had been recently updated. Would definitely consider staying again. Smaller operation-which I prefer. Beautiful new pool and deck area. Many walks along the beach—just steps out your door. 😊

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. Very warm and cozy condo. The view is spectacular! Spent many hours looking at and listening to beautiful water. Melanie in management went above and beyond. We left a very sentimental item in condo and she mailed it back to us. Thank you so much 😊

Pool closed

We got there and were able to use the pool one day and we were there for 8 days. They should of told us before booking the pool was going to be worked on. But other than that the stay was nice.

Exactly As Described

I took my adult son and my 6 year old granddaughter for 5 days in June and the unit was perfect! The views of the gulf were awesome and everything in the unit was exactly as shown and described in the ad. The only "downer" was that it rained a lot when we were there but that did keep the weather cool for June. We will definitely come back again. Thanks so much to the owner's for sharing the wonderful Florida sunsets with us!

Great family beach getaway

We stayed here with our family of 5 (9, 4, and 1 years old) and really enjoyed out stay. This was just what we were looking for; reasonably priced, nice amount of living space, right on the beach! The sunsets from the balcony were fantastic. We walked right out the back of the condo unit onto the beach (50 feet from the ocean) everyday. We love the Indian Rocks area and the condo is well situated a short drive to Clearwater, John's Pass, and St. Pete's. Just an FYI for those who might need access to business email; the Wi-Fi and cell service is spotty inside the condo. Since we were trying to "unplug" for a Spring Break family trip, we didn't mind.

Lots of great things: super responsive on site staff and supported an early check in. Location is fantastic and price was good for spring break. Very clean. Lots of beach chairs and toys (but no beach towels - those must be rented through the building). Some things that make it not a 5 star: bedrooms dont have windows as it’s an interior unit of an old building. We were only in the rooms to sleep so not a huge deal. The only outlet by the master bed is directly behind the headboard which made charging phones difficult. The master only had 1 twin size pillow on each side (staff sent 2 new king size pillows 2 day after we notified). The unit is remodeled well but there’s a couple things that could still be done in the bedrooms. There is temporary chain linked fencing around the pool - not a huge deal, but not aesthetic. Looked like they were actively measuring out permanent replacements. There is also construction going on in lot to the south of the building (that lot was recently demolished). We had 4hrs one day that was loud as they finished the demolition in the lot next door. Lastly, not a positive or negative depending on your party, but the pool is deep - minimum 4 ft and and max is 8ft. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and most negative things we listed are easy to overlook given location and cleanliness.

The view is almost worth it

This was our second time staying at the 50 Gulfside condos. Last time we had an intercoastal view so we opted to pay more this time to get a Gulf view. Whilst the balcony facing the Gulf was really nice the condo itself left a lot to be desired. The kitchen was poorly stocked e.g. only two wine glasses, four "beer glasses", no corkscrew, limited garbage bags, limited dishwasher pods, cutting knives that haven't been sharpened this decade and no ability to have the coffee maker and toaster both operating at the same time. Overall the rest of the condo was OK if a little outdated. There was no instructions for operating the TV and we found out it was up to the renters to provide their own toilet paper. ALL of these complaints weren't a problem in the unit rented the previous year.

The location was amazing and the walk to the beach was very short. The property was located to really nice places to eat such as Salt Rock Grill, Guppies, etc. The kitchen was equipped and the balcony was nice and big. The closet was very well stocked with chairs, toys, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much
