Angler's Ridge was a great place for our small family reunion. Place was clean and well stocked for making meals. Only one issue arose as there was no shower soap or shampoo. Not sure this was to in the provided list or not. Would most surely book this place again.

We had 8 ladies in our group. The house was very spacious and served our needs well. Beds were comfy and two full bathrooms plus laundry room was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house is larger than it appears online. The contact Judy was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She took very good care of us. Tip: If you book, I would ask the owner ahead of check in to set the thermostat to a setting closer to what you will need depending on time of year. We stayed mid September and it was still close to 100 Degrees outside. The Thermostat was set as instructed to 85 degrees. It took almost 24 hours for the house to cool down completely. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful setting, convenient to lots of sights to see in the Ozarks. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Everything was in great condition. Have access to the garage certainly provided a place for the waders to dry. Great TV and very comfortable furniture.

Awesome Time

The location was very clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels that were so soft! The swing by the river was so calming. Great location and the family loved it!

Another Wonderful Weekend at Angler’s Ridge

This is our third time staying at this property and it was wonderful yet again. It is always clean and has ample room for everyone to stay comfortably. We had a great time fishing and thoroughly enjoyed the newly installed swings by the river. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Nice place for fishing weekend!

This was our second year to rent this property for our "end of year" outing with our youth group. This property is well-maintained, convenient location on the river and has comfortable accommodations. Very easy check-in and instructions We will secure this property again in the future! thx

Catch, clean, cook!!

We loved the spacious property and the location was primo for access to shopping, groceries, and entertainment. Tons of fish were caught and we particularly loved sitting our chairs in the refreshing water during the evening. Plenty of space on both levels and the kids enjoyed having their own tv downstairs. Full kitchen and open concept floor plan made cooking and visiting seamless. Such a great spot and we plan to return soon!

Family and Friends Float Getaway

Excellent location on the river and close to town. Good fishing (remember to get a license). House was clean. Plenty of hot water, quality toilet paper, soft towels in bathrooms and sharp knives, adequate dinnerware in kitchen. The swing hanging from the tree near the river is a relaxing touch. Beautiful views of the river from the home. The owners obviously put a lot of love into this traditional home. Wish the fire pit was nicer. We used Cedar Valley to float… highly recommend. Golfed at Cherokee Village South course, also highly recommend. Turkey Mountain golf course was further away, almost as nice, very friendly, I’d still recommend.

Great location and river access!

This property was a great fit for our youth outing. The location and access to the river was perfect. The facility was accurately described and represented. The was only 4 bath towels for 10-12 people and no kitchen towels & wash cloths. The housekeeping service was not responsive to our call to provide more linens so we ended up buying our own. Overall, we were pleased with this property and will visit again!

Beautiful Home and Property

Family vacation for 3 adult siblings and spouses. Plenty of room for gathering as a group or spreading out for private time. Host very responsive to any issues. You can walk to the river at the back of the property. Deer graze and cross every evening and morning. Lots of parking. First floor has bath and a half. Works well for anyone with ambulatory issues. Hand rails in full bath. Tastefully decorated. Would stay again. W/D downstairs.

I saw several reasons why this property had such good reviews, but I also experienced several things that made the experience less than perfect.Zero Communication from the host. Nothing informing us of the code we needed to access the house, nothing telling us what to do upon checkout (empty trash/pull linens etc). Had to make multiple calls and deal with an AI assistant to get the info we needed. Upon arrival, upstairs love seat sofa center section was broken, tv in downstairs bedroom was also broken. Reported the issues (again thru calling them thru an AI assistant) to the host company.House was missing several basic items that generally are included in a rental, at least enough to get you started. Paper towels - Zero. Scrubber Sponge for dishes - none. We also arrived and had to unload the previous renters dishes from the dishwasher before we could eat dinner since all the forks and cups were in there. The positives:River access was great. View from the house was amazing. House was huge, everyone had room to relax and enjoy our time. Not everyone’s cup of tea but I loved hearing the trains running thru out the day across the river. Close to several great restaurants, Fred’s Fish House was great, even for non fish eaters. Herb and Rye Pizza in Thayer was amazing and Stateline restaurant had fantastic food. The train depot museum down at the spring was really cool and the proximity to Thayer for groceries was nice. I hope the hosts take note and do better.

Our automated check-in instructions are sent prior to arrival, and we encourage guests to check their junk folder if they do not receive them. We appreciate you bringing the damaged loveseat to our attention, and it has been scheduled for replacement. While the downstairs bedroom TV is a personal item and not an advertised amenity, the home offers two other fully functioning TVs for guest use. We also provide a starter supply of essentials, including kitchen towels, along with an in-unit washer and dryer. We value all guest feedback and continuously look for ways to improve. With many repeat guests and consistently positive reviews, this experience is not reflective of the high standard of hospitality we strive to provide.

Angler's Ridge was the perfect spot for my family of ten. Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs with lots of seating.The river is close enough to walk to but unfortunately it rained and flooded while we were there. Judy answered all my questions in a very timely manner.

Another great stay at Angler's Ridge. My son and I have stayed here 2 times now on fishing trips to the Spring river. It's a perfect location--great fishing right in the back yard and only 10 minutes to Dam 3. It's a very comfortable house, lots of space and we were very comfortable. You are also only minutes from grocery stores and restaurants in Mammoth Springs and Thayer. Great stay and highly recommend.
