Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing.
Motorcyles, Motorhomes, Recreational Vehicles, Trailers, Golf Carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security.
No Weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley . com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation.

Great Property - Easter 24

My family and I had a great experience with this villa. In a great area and communication with agency was top notch. We did have a small issue with the trash not picked up (left from previous renters) but I shot out a text and within a day someone was out to empty the trash. Other than that everything was great for my family. Really appreciate the opportunity to rent this property.

Loved this place!!

This was the perfect place for our ladies get away! The bedroom set up was fantastic for our group of six and would have been comfortable if we had two more ladies. The dining room and living room were perfect for meals, games, and watching tv. The back porch was also a nice place for all six of us to visit. Absolutely loved the location in Sea Pines. Great for bike rides and walks. Look forward to gathering there again!!

Hilton Head Stay

Beautiful place, close to everything. The house is big and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and light and airy. Bathrooms were great, beds were very comfortable and pool access and tennis courts were just across the road. They even had tennis rackets and pickle ball rackets available for us which we took advantage of. All in all, a great place. We were so impressed with it, the ease in which we booked the rental and the instructions and the communication with Low Country Rental. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and use it again in the future.

Father and Sons Trip

Me and my two boys thoroughly enjoyed the property on our golf getaway. Clean with all the amenities. Took advantage of the swimming pool right across the street along with the pickle ball and basketball courts. Would come back to this property again.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is a clean, beautifully decorated property, and feels very spacious. The pool is right across from the front door, so it's almost like it has a private pool. There is a grill in the back, which is great for cookouts with the family. It's very close to Harbour Town, which is lovely. One thing to be aware of is that it is a good 20 minute bike ride to the beach. It's not a walkable beach property, so either you need to be prepared to ride your bike or drive a car, which is tricky b/c there is no good place to park a car in Sea Pines for beach access. All that being said, it's a great place to stay for family vacations, and we just drove to the Sea Pines Beach Club after 5pm and parked and hung out on the beach for a couple of hours. In July, it's too hot to go during the day anyway, so it worked out just fine.
