The full kitchen offers generous bench space and all the tools you need to cook up your favourite meals, and the elegant dining table is for eating in style even when you’re staying in. Its comfortable dining chairs and artsy touches will make you feel like you’re dining out at one of Auckland’s finest restaurants.
The two minimalistic bedrooms are appointed with the highest quality beds and linen as well as generous wardrobe spacein the master for you to unpack and make yourself fully at home. Enjoy restful nights thanks to the room darkening shades and blinds, and glimpses of the sea from the spacious master bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
Britomart is a prime location for exploring the city with highlights and conveniences all within walking distance! Takutai square is across the road offering exquisite cafes and dining options, beautiful boutique shopping and other amenities like the supermarket, a gym, hair salon and more! You can also find the ferry terminal in Britomart with incredible island escapes on offer - take a day trip to Waiheke for wine tasting and a swim!
Spark Arena is just a short (flat) stroll down the road where you can enjoy basketball, concerts, gigs and theatre shows
Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around. with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 5-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Infants:
Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.
Parking:
The carpark is not technically onsite but in the building next door, so you will need to walk 170m from the exit of the carpark to the entrance of the apartment.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.
