Sea Esta ~ E103 ~ 2 Bedroom Ground Floor

Princesa de Penasco is a beachfront getaway right in the center of Sandy Beach in beautiful Puerto Penasco, Mexico (aka Rocky Point). If you have never been to this amazing beach town be prepared to fall in love and never want to leave. The drive is a close one-hour trip south of the border – 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ or 3.5 hours from Tucson, AZ. This destination provides some of the cleanest and most incredible beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 1st floor in the East facing "E" building closest to the beach which allows for amazing sunsets. The resort has three pools, a swim up bar, fire pit, hot tub, barbecue grills, its own restaurant/bar, 24-hour security and even a golf course nearby.

Professionally remodeled with updated paint, cabinets and furniture. The beach front private master bedroom has a large king size bed and on-suite bathroom with a combination shower / tub. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and access to the shared bathroom with shower. The living room has a leather sectional sleeper sofa, dining for 6 and a large glass slider that leads directly to the pool and beach. There are flat screen Smart TV's in every bedroom and living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime available with your log in.

This ground floor condo has super easy access to both the winter heated pool with a swim up bar and direct access to Sandy Beach. The patio is large with a full outdoor dining area for your family and friends to enjoy.

Please note - Princesa is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condo or around the property. Please be aware that in order to ensure the quality of your stay and have enough time for cleaning and a quality control check, we are not able to accommodate early check-in under any circumstances. You do have access to the property amenities at any time during the day of your check in. Infants / Children are included in the full guest count.

Did not fulfill or expectations

The property is perfect and qe picked it only for the proximity to the pool area for our unit. The went down the day we got there due to a barfing incident. Thw was cleaned and tested but continued to be closed fothe next 5 days. The pool was the largest in the complex with 2 other pools being packed full of people. Those other pools became extremely dirty and the filtration could not keep up. I'm sure this might be an isolated incident but it ruined it for our family no matter how nice everything was the pool is the main reason for the stay at this unit. The abundance of caution was unwarranted after test results showed good thats what chlorine is for.

Great location

We enjoyed our weekend! The best part of this condo is the location, being right by the pool and close to the beach. Unfortunately, we did have one issue and reached out to the phone number provided and never heard back. The washer machine only would use hot boiling water, even though it was set to cold, and did ruin some of our clothing. Second, there was only 2 wash cloths so I recommend bringing your own if you have more than 2 people showering! Besides these issues, the condo was good! Nice to have coffee provided and some small towels for the pool.

Excellent Condo for out holiday vacation!

Everything was so smooth, we were inside in no time. The Condo right in front of the pool is such an advantage, open the rolling door and you’re in paradise. Having everything inside the complex was great so you minimize the trips outside. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, is a big condo and confortable for a family. All decorations and touches are well thought , we had a blast and looking forward for the next vacations

Birthday getaway with my kids!

Oh my gosh where do I begin!? This place was PERFECT! Direct access to the pool and beach, all the amenities needed to cook full meals, a restaurant steps away with AMAZING prices and great service. We purchased all of the groceries we needed at Super Ley just a few minutes drive. ATV rentals about a 3 minute drive. We felt safe and secure as far as parking and our belongings when on the beach. Banana boat rides and jet skis readily available just steps away. I will never stay anywhere else. I’ve been going to Mexico since the 90’s and this was my best trip ever. Highly communicative and friendly owners. 10 out of 10! This will definitely be my annual birthday trip tradition from now on!

This location is amazing. The condo was outstanding, it is nice and clean the host is so easy to get a hold of and quick to reply. Would recommend this. We will be staying here again if available next time we come.

Great location

We had fun Spring Break vacation with another family - condo is clean and in a great location for the kids to run in the grass or jump in pool. Also close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy Vacation

We had a great time in the condo. Host was very easy to work with, the property is fantastic, the condo is ideally located. We were unloaded and on the beach in less than 10 mins with a Pina Colada in hand. I have been going to Penasco for 40 years and have tried every different way to stay there. This was up there for the easiest of ways. We will come again!!

Fabulous Condo

This condo was very clean and well appointed. The hosts have thoughtfully provided all of the basic necessities for a great beach stay. The beds and couch were super comfortable too!

Perfect and convenient!

This property is definitely 5 star. Very clean and tastefully decorated! It is so conveniently located right next to the heated pool and pool bar. The front door is steps away from the on-site restaurant which was great! The rental process was a breeze. We needed nothing once we were there . Beach heaven!! We'll be back

We love the small "family like" feel of the Princesa so it was our first choice when we started looking to buy in Rocky Point. All of the owners, employees of the property and guests are extremely welcoming which has allowed us to make so many friends every time we go.
