Cute house in Carlton Landing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed, including separate bathrooms for everyone. ;) If the weather had been nicer, we fully planned to make s'mores in the backyard fireplace, but the cold and wind prevented it. Very fast response times when we needed something. Overall, a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our family trip. A great location and had the space and everything that we needed. The enclosed backyard was a nice space for young children. There was limited parking for this property, but we were able to find spots close by since it wasn’t very crowded when we were there.

This home is beautiful and so comfortable! We had a party of 10 adults and all slept well. We also enjoyed having multiple areas to spend time together and fit comfortably. Between the front porch, turfed back yard, screened in porch, and large living room we always had a new area to spend time. The only reason we are rating 4 starts instead of 5 is the lack of necessary supplies (drinking

Evan's Escape - A Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Evan's Escape was very accommodating and comfortable. It is very well maintained, clean and cozy. There was plenty of space in all areas of the house. This house is in a great location and you can walk to just about anything. The only problem we had was locating the place to charge our golf cart, but we called LaKeStay and they helped us immediately.

Evans Escape Sept 2022

We loved the house. It was comfortable and clean. The community is great. Our only complaint is that it should have been disclosed to us as renters that there’s someone who lives above the garage on the property. It wasn’t a big deal but I booked this property over another one for this exact reason only to find out this one was the same scenario.

Evan’s Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and comfortable! We loved it all, especially the queen size bunk beds were great! There were only enough towels for one day, so we had to do laundry every day, but the washer and dryers were great. The only complaint we had was the first day we were there, a maintenance crew woke us up. We thought they would do their thing and leave, but ended up staying until 5 pm so the back yard was off limits for the kids the whole first day. Would definitely go back to this beautiful place, less the maintenance crew.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. I had seen a few negative reviews about a tenant over the garage and bad communication with property management, and I became a little worried. Well, I shouldn’t have worried. If there was a tenant, never did we even see or hear one. The property was clean, beautiful, and quiet. The management property messaged me several times to check on how everything was going and to make sure we knew we could contact them if there were any issues. We had 3 families that stayed over the weekend and we really enjoyed our time at this home.

Evan’s Place stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Evan’s Place was epic! Truly a luxury stay with all the space needed for 7 adults/teenagers to sleep comfortably, large sectional in living room for movie night and playing games plus ample dining options! And the 2 front porches/outdoor fireplace were perfect for morning coffee, reading a book and breaking out the s’mores! This home is bright, beautifully decorated & perfectly located close to everything in walking distance within the community. The memories we made with our family have us talking about when we can come back to Evan’s Place again soon!

Poor management

The house was Great! Lakestay management company not so much! Outdoor fireplace did not work neither did the dish washer. The house was left in good condition but I was called and told otherwise, when I asked for pictures they could not provide them. The house was great I feel bad giving a negative review because it is not the owners fault.

Hello Casie, Per our phone and text message conversation. You stated-your company had great customer service. When we called to inquire about the multiple stains left on carpets, a broken side table and overall checkout procedures not followed after your stay. You replied to all of our texts we sent with pictures- multiple pictures of stains and broken table. You stated we had several guests with us let me check with them and that you would give us a call back and you said per text-I forgot to inform you guys about the broken table. LakeStay Vacation Rentals takes a lot of pride in taking care of our guests and making sure they have the best experience. A member of our team arrived on Thanksgiving morning to assist with fireplace and met with a member of your party who informed them fireplace is working. When our team arrived to clean the home the dishwasher was working and we were able to load dishes left in sink. We took every phone call and replied to every message we received during your stay. Thank You, LakeStay Team

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and comfortably fit our large blended family. We emailed about an early check in and received an answer in a timely manner. We arrived and the check in was easy and the home was clean and ready. The kitchen was decently stocked but I was glad we had brought some things with us such as salt and pepper as there was nothing like that in the home. The downstairs master bedroom had a TV but we could not use it because the cable box/internet connection had been removed. The living room TV had internet so we were able to access things like Netflix but could not get any local channels. I would say the TVs were our only complaint. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would love to rent this property again in the future.

Review

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very awesome spot.. really great to have a quick getaway in Oklahoma. I will tell you we had a great time.. first thing, cleanliness. It wasn’t cleaned... or at least deep cleaned. I realize they had a large party prior but I do have high expectations of cleanliness. The place was way cleaner when we left than when we got there. Also, I didn’t know that someone was living over the garage so when my husband left, the kids and I left too (3 days early) because I just didn’t feel safe.sure he is great and you’ve done all the background checks but when it’s just you and two toddlers, it didn’t seem logical to me.
