Nyd dette smukke hjem med en privat 1/2 hektar stor have og masser af parkering udenfor gaden! En tre minutters gang til den private, livreddede Middlesex Beach. Når du er blevet vant til den urørte strand, vil du aldrig gå til en offentlig strand igen !!! Middlesex Beach har smukt sand, prisvindende livreddere, ingen skarer og alkohol er tilladt !! Surffiskeri er tilladt før 10:00 og efter 17:00.

Dette 7 år gamle hus er til rådighed til leje af lørdag til lørdag og er kun en halvanden blok til stranden. Huset har en nyligt tilføjet stor skærm veranda med bord og samtale siddepladser.

Første sal inkluderer: tekøkken (alt undtagen ovnen), spisestue, stue, soveværelse med fuld bad, to (2) ekstra soveværelser, komplet badeværelse, afskærmet veranda.
Anden sal inkluderer: køkken, spisestue, stue, 1/2 bad, soveværelse med fuld bad, 10x27 dæk.
Tredje sal inkluderer: soveværelse med komplet bad, tre (3) ekstra soveværelser og et komplet badeværelse

Nyd WIFI i hele huset. Slap af i stuen med et stort fladskærms-tv, blue ray DVD-afspiller og en dronning udtrækssofa.

Middlesex Beach består af blindgader, så der er ingen trafik. Dette giver mulighed for et dejligt sjovt samfund perfekt til at gå ture eller lade børnene tage cykelture.

Der er masser af seværdigheder inden for gåafstand (Cottage Cafe, The Boathouse, Pizzeria, Ice Cream, McDonald's, Chinese Food, Subway, Sandy Pony Donuts, Dunkin Donuts, Liquor Store, Walgreens osv.) Og Bethany Beach Boardwalk er kun en kort gåtur cykeltur væk. Rehoboth Beach og Ocean City, MD, er også kun kort køretur væk.

Family Vacation

Owner was nice to work with. Spacious house. Nice screened porch. Enjoyed the short walk to the private beach. Beach has plenty of room and lifeguards.

Amazing, well equipped home

Our group had such an amazing time staying at this home. There was enough space for all to have comfortable sleeping arrangements, and there was plenty of fun games for us to enjoy. I highly recommend this home for any large energetic groups.

Another great Middlesex Beach vacation!

This is our third summer staying a week in this home in Middlesex Beach. Sean is a very accommodating host and the house is always clean. Proximity to the beach is great- it is about 200yds away from the house. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is great for walks, family bike rides, etc. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a large family group!

This home met our needs so well! We had our extended family ranging in age from 11 months to 87 years! Comfy beds, lots of room, fully stocked kitchen, private beach! Highly recommend!

Great time in Bethany Beach

This property fit the needs of our large family with enough bedrooms for all. The game room was a big hit and the short walk to the beach was just what we were hoping for. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the bikes and chairs available for beach use. Everything was clean and well maintained.

A Perfect Getaway!

Our stay at Sean and Dana's house was fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything we needed was provided. It easily accommodated our group with ample space to move around. Sean and Dana were incredibly responsive and pleasant to communicate with, addressing all our questions promptly. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Amazing beach vacation!

We stayed here with two families and additional friends, and the house was perfect! Great location, lots of space, three masters, two kitchens, a big screened-in porch and deck, and the incredible game room! The house is well-equipped and even has extra bikes, beach chairs, and tons of games. Sean is very responsive and easy to reach. We have already booked for next year!!

Family Reunion At Middlesex Beach

Great spot for lots of extended family to stay and visit from other nearby properties. We’ll equipped kitchens and shed with beach essentials, and lots of space to spread out. Once we swept the back patio and got rid of spiderwebs on the furniture, this became a pleasant shaded hangout in the afternoon. Grills we’re not clean, so we didn’t use them.

Another great stay in Middlesex Beach!

This was our second family trip with a large group to Sean's home in Middlesex Beach, DE (between Bethany Beach & South Bethany). The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is a 3 minute walk from a private (NON CROWDED) beach. The neighborhood itself is perfect for bike riding with kids, morning/evening walks, etc. The house is clean, roomy, and big enough that our group never felt cramped. Sean is one of the best property owners we've come across in terms of communication and ease of rental. We highly recommend this home for a larger family vacation, groups, etc, and we have already booked our trip for 2024.

Thanksgiving Loveliness

This house is truly a gem. We enjoyed every part of it. It is spacious, and open but you will not feel separated. If you like the pictures attached to the advertisement trust me, you will love the property when you arrive. The pictures cannot show the awe factors. It was 18 of us and none of us slept on the pullout sofa’s. We did turn the twin bedroom to a King bedroom by putting the beds together with the king mattress pad and you couldn’t tell the difference. The bunk room works well if you have a few teenagers. The only negative, the cleaning person is not that great. We were a little prepared for that. We purchased our own sheets and cleaning supplies to clean our areas. The property agent Sean is great. He is very responsive if you have questions. You cannot go wrong with this property. It is directly across the street from the beach. Even though we were at the house for Thanksgiving we did visit the beach which is beautiful I must say.

Great Family Vacation

Our family vacation was June 29-July 6. We had previously vactioned in Bethany Beach for 25 summers, but our tradition ended when our children were in college and then starting their careers and their families. We have happily revived the Bethany vacation traditon and this home was perfect for our group of 18 including 10 adults and 8 children aged 7 mos to 9 years. The home was clean and tidy. The three levels provided separation when needed but the common areas were spacious enough for our entire family, the screened porch and sunny deck provided ample outdoor spaces and the game room was perfect for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there are plenty of plates and silverware for large family meals. The downstairs kitchenette provided a much needed second refridgerator. This home has an ideal location - close to the private access-controlled beach and an easy drive or healthy walk to the boardwalk. Owners answered questions promptly and the check in process was easy. We hope to stay in this home again for our future Bethany vacations and watch our grandchildren build thier own Bethany Beach memories.

Perfect for getting family together!!

This was a perfect space for our large family get together! The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable appliance and tool needed to prepare an amazing Thanksgiving feast. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable and for the kids to play. We were able to get over to the boardwalk which was a very short drive but it was too cold to enjoy the beach although we did walk down to see the water. This was really a great space and an amazing location!

The Perfect Vacation

Sean & Dana, Sean and Dana's home was the perfect home for our fall trip. The home was perfect for our large group and was really equipped for all our needs. Some of the biggest highlights were the fact there was 3 master bedrooms, 2 kitchens and the big game room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, the pictures don't do justice. Sean and Dana also accommodated our last minute requests and they were respectful. I would highly recommend them and their place :)

Celebrating 75

We were a group of 17 High School friends who get together to celebrate milestone birthdays…this house was perfect for us. We mostly ate in so the two kitchens and two refrigerators were filled. We gathered in the upper living area and deck. Enjoyed the corn hole in the garage. Short walk to the beach with chairs from the shed was so handy. Thanks to the host for providing linens and a well appointed home. Everyone raved how perfect the house was for our group.

More Than You Can Hope For

This property is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice at all! From the screened porch to the open deck, this house just keeps going and going. The game room hosted all us (21) for ping pong tournament quite nicely. Tons of board games both old and new. The bedrooms were spacious. The lower living area gives a homey feel while the upstairs area is bright and airy and more modern. (I loved the steps going upstairs). Sean was very attentive to our needs and questions from the moment we made reservations thru the time we left. Getting to the beach was a breeze and the beaches were marvelous. A fully stocked shed is an understatement. We were even treated to an awesome thunderstorm that we watched from the screened porch. You must look in every cabinet in the kitchen because if they don’t have it then you don’t need it. We were still finding cool gadgets at the end of our week. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows. Plenty of blankets that were so soft. If you are thinking about reserving this property, you will not be disappointed.

This rental exceeded our expectations ! Enough room for all of us! So many spaces to gather and relax and enjoy each other’s company. Great beach area and close to house. Will definitely come back to this property!

Great beach house for families

Wonderful beach house which easily accommodated our group of 15 adults and teens. Great location, very short walk to private beach and shopping. Quiet neighborhood, great for biking and walking. House includes beach toys, chairs and umbrellas which was a huge bonus. Easy check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!

We purchased this property in hopes of retiring at the beach once our children have grown. The house is perfect for us. Every other beach house we looked at seemed to sit right on top of the neighbors. We love that this house is so close to the beach and yet sits on a private lot with lots of land that the kids can run around and play without bothering neighbors. We love the idea of a private beach with no crowds and how close the house is to the beach. Our main priority was being able to walk to the beach. Being able to walk to multiple restaurants, bars, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Ice Cream and so much more was an added benefit. Also, we love the private community with dead-end streets. We feel it is safe to let the children ride their bikes with out worrying about rushing commuters.
We are so excited about enjoying many fun-filled vacations at this house and we hope that your family will enjoy it too!!
