The entry level offers a large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room seamlessly flows through to a king bedroom and expansive en-suite bathroom.

The living room offers flexible seating options to capture the fabulous views alongside a cosy wood heater, Smart TV, and home theatre system. The home caters for modern living with NBN fibre to the premises, supported by a state-of-the-art Smart Modem, excellent Wi-Fi throughout (speed/range) and an innovative built-in 4G mobile network backup in the event of an NBN outage.
