The residence is located on a quiet bay of Lac Masson. The lot size is 57,000 square feet and the living area is 2185 square feet.

The chalet is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds. It also has
2 full bathrooms and a powder room, a dining room, a kitchen, 2 living rooms and a fireplace.

The windows, slow burning fireplace and convection heating (ConvectAir style) were changed in 2016. Included are plasma TV, DVD player, stove, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, freezer, washer and dryer, bedding, central vacuum, wine cellar that holds 600 bottles. Please note: Hydro is at the renter's expense.

The residence is located four minutes from the golf course and the Esterel Resort.

In winter, downhill skiing (20 minutes from Mont-Gabriel and 45 minutes from Mont-Tremblant), skating, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing trails at L'Estérel are also nearby.

The residence welcomes non-smoking tenants and visitors; no pets are accepted. A security deposit, refundable at the end of the rental period, is required due to the high value of this property.

Snow removal is included.

Guest must sign a rental agreement as well as an owner contract.
