The place is in a great location, we walked to everything also nicely decoratedThere was no freezer in the refrigerator, not enough hangers since there were no bureaus, no kleenex, we ran out of toilet paper.

The VRBO rental was exactly as described however I would like renters to know there are 23 steps to the units. This may be common in Savannah. The refrigerator is clean but small. This unit is not really geared for cooking. The beds were comfortable and furniture was as well. It is central to the historic district as and walking to places was easy.The air-conditioning was quiet. You are above a store and that was easy to get food and drinks.Great place.

No complaints about the interior and no complaints about communication with hosts. These were great. Unfortunately I didn't know that parking was street-side and about 18/day. Also, because it was street-side parking, we had to park two blocks away.I would like to recommend that the heated pool access should stay open later than 5pm.

The location really can't be beat. The market located on the first floor is convenient and carries freshly prepared meals and deli items. Perfect size and amenities for us (two friends) taking in Savannah for a long weekend.

Spring break in Savannah

Clean and convenient apartment in the heart of the historic district. This apartment had everything that we needed and was walking distance to everything in the historic district. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The property was within walking distance of everything. It was also well stocked and very clean. Check in was seamless and then just checked in on via text to make sure all was well.

Great Savannah home base

We had such a great girl trip to Savannah! This place is in such a convenient walking location for the historical district! It was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. And the 24 hour convenience store was a huge bonus! Highly recommend!

The hidden detail about heated pool access was hidden and it made it seem that the pool was on property, not 30 min away by car. ALSO the FACT that the Fancy Parkers store cuts their potato's by a potato press at 12:30 AM, and 1:30 AM EVERY NIGHT WAS A HUGE TURN OFF

Great Location and spot

I stayed with a friend at this location last week and it was perfect. Having the store downstairs was perfect. We were one block from the free DOT Trolley and a short walk to every spot we wanted to see. We felt safe and secure with the codes for the doors. We were able to enjoy the pool and would recommend this property.

Awesome option in Savannah

We came for a quick trip into Savannah for the weekend and had a great stay. We have stayed in this building before a couple years ago, in a different unit. We love how convenient the location is and it’s a great option for our family! Super clean, fantastic communication and would definitely recommend!

Very convenient downtown stay

The unit was clean and met all of our needs. The location was even better and very convenient to move around downtown Savannah. Having the Fancy Parker’s directly below the unit was an added benefit as you always had options for food and drinks. Will definitely stay here in tbe future

Nice place, perfect location!

You can’t beat the location if this unit. We were close to everything and right above a small market. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was also responsive and easy to work with.

Sav Saint Patrick’s day stay

We loved this place, I am local to Savannah but my dad was visiting and wanted a place for us to all be together. It was perfectly located (close enough to walk to things but not so close it is too loud). The unit was spotless and the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The only weird thing was the toilet made a weird gurgling noise every 30 minutes or so but nothing to be concerned about, we would stay here again!

Great Location - Clean and Comfy

I stayed here with a few girls for a bachelorette trip - you cannot beat the location! Easy to walk to and from parks, restaurants, and night life. The room was clean and comfy! FYI the pool is not immediately “accessible” because it is not connected or close to the VRBO - it is a 25 minute car ride (we did not read the description close enough!) The host is wonderful to communicate with, the entire stay was so smooth, and we had so much fun. 😊

Great place!

Loved the location, the neighborhood was quiet, the rental was perfect, and having the store adjacent was super convenient. Only issue was having to contact property manager for code to external door. Other than that, we had a great time, and this rental was a large part of that.

Girls weekend

This property was perfect for us 4 girls minus an extra outlet in the bathroom for us to get ready. The beds were super comfortable. They provided everything we needed for our 4 day trip and the place was very well kept and clean. The only suggestion we would have is to add 1 or 2 full length mirrors. Location was superb as well, within walking distance of so many neat places.

Communication was excellent, very clean, perfect location, beds were very comfortable. We had no issues with noise, we heard things occasionally, but never problematic. Everything in the communications that were sent was exactly correct, so if you read and follow those, you should have no issues. This is not like some VRBO’s where there tend to be extra supplies left from others, so what is listed as available, is EXACTLY what is available (no coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc) We were extremely happy with our visit.

We loved the loft

We are overall happy with the loft. I feel it was falsely advertised that the pool was onsite and should be removed from the property advertisement when we checked in I was expecting to see a pool. To have to travel over 30 minutes a day is not possible when we didn’t rent a car and we were walking around the area to stay close to the Beta Convention.

Girls trip

We had a great stay here! It was clean, modern, and the location was lovely. It was loud everynight but I’m not sure if it was the market or AC or something. There was a sign warning us but it was 95 degrees so we kept the AC on. We were able to sleep through it without an issue. Property managers were easy to reach when needed. Main bedroom tv didn’t work it said it needed a code but wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, I recommend!

Amazing

The overall experience was amazing: the apartment is very clean and fresh, and the sheets were like new; the building area is super convenient - all the Savannah sights just in a few minutes by foot; if you need to park a car - there is always a space max in block or two from the apartment. The only downside to consider is the noise from the downstairs supermarket at night, which can be really loud at night. We had 3 month old infant during this trip and usually he sleeps till the early morning, but here he woke up few times during the night because that of the noise like loud thuds heard next to the wall in the king bedroom.
