Great place for hubby & me!!

This was a great place for our little winter getaway! The inside is nicely updated, & the outside is getting some updates as well. We really loved the location & how easy it was to access the beach!!

Beautiful view of ocean - easy walk to beach. Grill was not clean so we did not grill - Fire alarm went off three times in the time we were there (false alarm) - very quiet and peaceful. Would rent this property again!

Updated condo

Our condo had everything we needed, it was clean and the location was great. We would stay here again. The balcony view was beautiful!

Property was in excellent condition and was absolutely spotless. We had zero complaints or issues and we would definitely stay here again!

Navarre Beach Fall Break Family Vacation

We took a trip down to Navarre Beach Florida for our kids Fall Break this year (Oct. 10th - 15th). The condo was great. Right on the ocean with direct beach access. Our family loves Navarre Beach Florida, and we always try to make it down at least once a year. I highly recommend it for a fun and relaxing family getaway.

Pretty Nice

It’s a smaller condo and complex, but the beach access was great and view was fantastic. Pool area is small.

This condo was BEAUTIFUL! You couldn’t beat the ocean view, the bed was comfortable, the decor and scenery in the condo were modern and perfect.This was our first family vacation with our 16 month old daughter. Although we didn’t run into any issues, I feel like this condo is better suited for anyone that doesn’t have toddlers. Make sure to get your preferred paper towels (the ones supplied were super thin), salt, pepper, etc. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place!

This place is so cute! The beds are comfy foam. The bathrooms are very pretty and modern. The kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need to cook a great meal. The balcony has nice sturdy furniture. There are a few restaurants a little out of walking range but everything is easy to get to from this location in a car or bike. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk from your door to the beautiful white sand beach.

Loved the condo. Decorated beautifully! It looked to be recent remodeled. Comfortable bed and pillows. Gorgeous beach front view. The only negative was that communicating with the host was a tad frustrating. We got there about 2 hours before check in time and so we went straight to the beach but we parked in the parking lot of the condo so I called to see if it was ok for me to park my car (i pre-registered my vehicle prior to arrival) but could not get anyone on the phone and so I sent a text requesting permission and the response back to my text was delayed but when I got it, it totally did not answer my question about parking so I retexted and at this point we were about an hour before check in and they wrote back and said they did not advise we park in the parking lot because we could be towed. I got nervous so my husband went and moved the car to the lot next door. No big deal just thought I would point that out. But all in all, we loved the room and the location. We will defintley stay here again.

Girl’s Trip

We had an amazing time at the Sundunes resort. It was a little tricky understanding the check in process but after that it was all perfect. The condo was clean and just as described with great views from the balcony and perfect access for the beach. Will definitely book again. The water was clear and beautiful during our stay. We had a great time visiting the pier and loved the restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Trip

We love Sundunes, it's the best location for crowd control as Navarre is no longer a kept secret. The couch was brick hard, the iron didn't work, the blender was broken, the guest shower door was sitting in the floor. While we were out one day there was a note stating someone had been in to put a shower curtain up as it laid in the floor. Being there were only the 2 of us we didn't need the addt'l bathroom so that was ok but it would be nice to have had the blender and iron. The condo was clean and decorated nice, we had a great time, no place is perfect and the check in/out process couldn't have been any easier. The rental price was fair and we had a great time, we would stay here again.

Problems

Property was fine overall. About half the outlets in the front bedroom did not work. No guide for how to operate tv anywhere to be found t televisions in every room were different channels. Worst programming ever which is really not the owners fault . Our unit was very well kept

This is a very nice condo, exactly as advertised. The Sundunes bldg is our favorite in Navarre. Can't beat the location and the condo is great! We would love to rent again, but mgt company was less than ideal.After checking our CC account 3 weeks before trip, we realized we had been TRIPLE charged for 2nd payment. No one let us know of their billing error! I called them immediately & was asked to send a screenshot of our CC statement & was told Acctg would get back to them. Acctg then admitted their error & thankfully refunded us back the 2 charges within a week's time. No one ever apologized for this error! How would they not have known!2 hours before 4:00 check-in, mgt company texts us to provide our ages, copies of our drivers license & registration of car or they wouldn't provide lock key code. I asked why are they just now asking for this. The person said the other agent dropped the ball. Clearly there are issues with this mgt company, at least in our experience. As far as the condo goes, the only issue we had was the ice maker did not work. On day 2-3, I did text someone about it, they sent a repairman over who couldn’t determine the problem & said they would have to get someone else out & could not provide timeframe to expect them, so I said never mind. They did bring us bags of ice, after we had bought our own. With this being said, our friends had rented this same condo a year ago and the ice maker didn't work then either. I'd say buy a bag of ice prior.

This property was amazing! It’s so clean and perfect location. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the property itself! However, the management company that is running this property lacks on communication and being organized. They did not respond for days and was not clear and up to date on this specific property which made for a lot of unnecessary communication. The excuse I kept getting is “we are short handed”. I would recommend you renting beach chairs and umbrellas from SAGE PADDLE Co! They were amazing and 1/2 the price of what was recommended by the management company. My recommendation to the property owner is to get a new management company. Feel free to reach out for specifics.
