Beautiful location

This condo is located right on the beach. The condo itself had everything we needed and the owners were great with communication before and throughout our stay.

Our stay was wonderful

The location was great. Right on the beach and close to a bus stop. The kitchen was well equipped other than a French press but the drip coffee and Keurig worked well.

Perfect getaway!

The room was exactly as advertised. The host was great with communication (huge plus to us.) The location couldn’t be any closer to the beach or water unless it was in it! The room was clean and felt like a home and not just a hotel room. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is it. We’ll be back and would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

A beach lovers dream!!

This condo is all about the wonderful location. The beach is your backyard and the views from every room will take your breath away. Condo was well stocked with anything we were to need, beach chairs for the sand were great! Communication with the owners via text was wonderful, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Right on the beach!

This unit was perfect for our eight night stay in Kihei. I loved that it was right on the beach. The beach itself was great as the water was usually very calm so I felt comfortable going in. Afterwards it was nice lounging on the grassy area. The kitchen had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again next time we come to Maui.

Perfect location overlooking the beach

Each morning we took long walks on the beach before our daily adventures which included beach bay snorkeling, molokini trip snorkeling, a drive to Hana, dining and sight seeing. Our evening were relaxing until bedtime when the sound of the waves crashing soothed us to sleep. The condo was well stocked with accessories for cooking and play. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Oceanfront

This condo is right on Sugar Beach, which is a quiet and beautiful beach area. The condo has everything you need, plus beach items. Chip and Charlotte are wonderful hosts and always available for questions. We have stayed here three times and would come again. There is also a small pool to cool off in if you need a break from the ocean. Love this place!

Fantastic Stay

Chip and Charlotte kept us up to day before our arrival. They communication was always early and very clear. The condo was everything they said it would be. It was clean and had everything you needed. We thank them both, for our fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Love our stay. Great location!

Stayed for 8 nights. We loved the property, the view of the beach was amazing. Charlotte was great at communicating. The location was great being central on the island to be able to visit different areas. Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved that they provided beach stuff for us to use so we didn’t have to rent anything. The only thing we had a problem with was the beach gear was sandy from precious use but that didn’t stop us from using it and overall we had a great time and would stay here again! Thanks for having us!!

Beachfront Hang

The condo was just as I imagined....fantastic! It was not the most modern condo but it had what I wanted in a trip to Hawaii...beachfront with a great beach to walk on, beautiful ocean to swim in, and a deck to hang out with your friends in the afternoon and evening. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room with plenty of windows for view and sea breeze, comfortable bed, and a functional bathroom. Chip and Charlotte was easy to communicate with and the price was reasonable for the area. If we ever return to Maui this will be the place we hope to stay in.

Perfect Slice of Paradise..

Excellent property and a great location. It was almost as if we had our own private beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to the rest of the island. The unit itself was perfect for us. Wonderful views from the balcony, living room and bed room. Very clean and updated. The kitchen is also very nice. Comfortable living room furniture as well as the bed. Property owners are very quick with responses and communications. Definitely would recommend staying at this property. In the future we would definitely return to this property.

Quiet Ocean Front Getaway

What a great place to stay. The hosts were kind and accommodating and their property is top notch. We were looking for something on the beach, but couldn't afford resort or top tier hotels. This place fit the bill perfectly. You can heard the waves on the beach 24 hours/day. Just about everything you could think of was included in the apartment. All your kitchen needs with basic pantry staples; full sets of towels, including beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, and multiple sets of snorkeling gear; cooler bags; etc. Place is clean and filled with natural light throughout. Sugar beach is an awesome, walkable beach. Not "off the beaten path" but definitely out of the hustle and bustle. Still an easy 10 minutes drive into the busier parts of Kihei, maybe 20 to Lahaina, and wherever else you'd like to go. Some awesome shaved ice and a bake shop, and a fruit market, just a few minutes walk down the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Absolutely breathtaking.

This place is the gem of Maui. I am from Atlanta Georgia and took a solo trip to a place I always dreamt of going. It’s everything I expected it to be and more. Safe, private, and exceptionally clean. The place is ocean front, and I mean, LITERALLY. You can’t get this close to the water without sacrificing your privacy and more money. Chip and Charlotte were very easy to get ahold of and their place is absolutely breathtaking. Completely renovated on the inside, I felt like a queen my entire stay. From waking up to ocean views right from my California king bed, to watching the sunset from the lanai after a long day of adventuring. This place is magical for sure and I intend on coming back in the future. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Chip and Charlotte for allowing me to experience Maui from your beautiful condo. It’s a vacation I’ll cherish forever and never forget.

Perfect location for us

Steps from the beach, 5min walk to amenities(fantastic farmers market run by the nicest folks on the island!) 10min drive to the center of Kihei. Full unobstructed views of beach and ocean from the lanai, dining and bedroom. I'm talking center court seats... Nicely maintained property with all the comforts of home and the added bonus of one of the nicest quietest spots in Maui. Our host went way beyond when our rental car crapped out... When we return to Maui, and we will... we'll book this place again. Thank You Super Host!

Holiday Get Away

We enjoyed our stay at the unit and our hosts were great in giving directions and communicating with us. The unit was perfect for 2 adults and steps away from the beach and ocean. Enjoyed the early morning beach walks and sunsets in the evening. We would definitely stay here again if available the next time we travel to Maui.

Chandrika McLaughlin is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, hypnotherapist, EMDR practitioner and writer. She has lived on Maui for 23 years and met Chip at the beach. They recently celebrated their 14 year anniversary.
Bala is an eight year old Coton de Tulear, entertainer extraordinaire and beach aficionado.
Chip and Chandrika both relish bhakti yoga, snorkeling and wildlife adventures.

It's an awesome, convenient location with a friendly intimate atmosphere. Our housekeepers formerly worked at the Four Seasons. We offer luxury and attention to detail at an affordable price.
