We're sorry to hear you had issues here. We were never contacted about any concerns during your stay. Pet's are not permitted in the surrounding rentals, so we wish we would have known. Even owners that are allowed pets are not permitted to have nuisance animals. We also knew nothing about any pest control issues, nor did anyone since mention anything. Pest control treatments are completed quarterly, with spot treatments anytime something is reported. Had we known, we would have quickly addressed your concerns. We are sorry you were not happy with your rental. We hope that in the future, you always let your host know if you have any issues or concerns.

We're so sorry you had a bad experience with the resort. We've shared your concerns with the HOA so that they can improve how they interact with their guests. Parking is certainly an issue during peak season at the Origin. We do let guests know in the listing that parking in the main garage is not guaranteed, but we understand that is frustrating. Your feedback was important to us because we realized that we needed to provide a beach wagon inside the unit to assist our guests with transporting items to and from the overflow lot. While this is not ideal, we believe it will help. We also spoke with the president of the HOA at Origin to determine how guests can drop off at the main building when they have luggage or groceries before moving their vehicle to the overflow lot. We now have several options available for guests and are including that information for all future guests. Thank you for helping us to improve!
