Overall it was a great stay. Great space. We thought the beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen space. Everything thing was clean except the tub in the en suite bathroom, just looked like the sand and grit was allowed to settle and wasn’t wiped down or rinsed away Understandable at the beach, may have just been overlooked. Liked the location.

Clean and right on the beach, take the elevator and had a luggage cart to help carry luggage. We did have one issue with the unit but host accommodated accordingly. Would stay again!

We had a great stay and any issues we encountered were addressed right away. The only downside we found was the need to drive everywhere. Nothing was within walking distance except the beach. It takes about 30 minutes to get to any of the attractions.

Nice place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. No complaints. Two problems with the beach, won't allow tents and very limited space when the tide comes in.

You can't beat the location, its right on the beach close to the pier and inlet. The building was having work done and the deck ofd the pool and walkway was closed off. You had to use the sand walkway to the right or left of the building, which was fine for us but might be more difficult for older people. The condo was accomodating for us inside, but could use some decor to spruce it up. Overall, great stay.

Over all our stay was great. We had no issues with the condo. It was clean, good layout of the condo. Wonderful ocean view from main area and main bedroom. Kitchen had all we needed when we cooked, pots, pans dishes etc.. the only issue we had, we were informed the day before we left that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance, even though I had this booked several weeks prior. Poor communication and not getting what you were paying for. The property manager worked with us and we settled on terms for my issue. Yes I would stay at the condo again and hope renters are informed of any issues prior to booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was newly renovated and very clean. the most kitchen gadgets i have ever seen in a rental, if you needed it it was there.the only issue was a leak inside the frig that we had to keep a bowl under and the door to the beach from the pool constatntly stuck and we had to go out the front of the bldg and walk around, though we saw SEVERAL adults and children just climb thru the pool window

Spring 2025

This is an older building, but well maintained. The unit was clean and the furnishings seemed fairly new. We appeared to be the only ones on the 4th floor, so I can't say how busy the one elevator may be during peak time or the indoor pool. We used the pool 4 days and were the only ones there! As stated in the full description, there are NO extras here, so be certain you bring everything you need. The only clock in the unit is the microwave We would stay again.

Cherry Grove

This unit was fantastic. We had a mishap during check-in, but it was quickly corrected on Monday morning. We will be making it our go-to for future stays. The only negative is the beach access from the building. There is a wonderful walkway leading to the beach, but the drop-off past the last dune is treacherous. Fortunately, on the north side of the parking lot, there is a public access point that allows for a safer way onto the sand. This has nothing to do with the unit itself; I only mention it to inform future vacationers if they will be traveling with individuals who may have mobility issues.

Very nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view, clean and private. I loved that the pool was open until 11:00. Everyone loves to night swim. The pool was clean and never crowded. One thing was it had no curtains in the living room to the balcony which was odd. For the most part it was a great place. The master room was so roomy and all beds were comfortable but bring your own pillows as there weren’t many. I also brought my own sheets but I always do. The televisions were very nice size in every room. Kitchen was nice. Overall I would 100% book this again. The price was super reasonable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good experience with only a few issues that were not anything we felt we needed to contact the rental company. I give 3stars for cleanliness because floor needed mopped better also there was no starter paper supplies as stated. Beds were comfortable and surrounding area is very quiet. Really enjoyed the pool that was clean and never crowded. Although the room had a keypad, I didn’t really like keeping up with a key to access the building any time you go to the parking lot or the beach.
