This unique kind of appartment in the middle of Grand Case village has a private little garden leading to your beach! In the hearth of this full of charm village it offers one bedroom/bathroom, outdoor kitchen, private redwood deck terrace, little garden with your beach chairs just overlooking the beach and direct access on the beach. The seaview is present from everywhere.
Wake up to the amazing view of the Caribbean sea, walk through your garden to the beach, dive in the and have breakfast on your terrace.
Feel privileged to be sitting in the middle of the action (fantastic restaurants, shops, all amenities just walks away) while staying in a quiet part of town and where the beach is at its best shape.
A street side tiny studio with bathroom is available for one additional guest if needed. We provide a private parking right in the property.
As we have just been listed at the end of a full renovation in 2022, we will provide better pictures in the near future!!

Anneversary trip

Had a great time - beautiful beach with great restaurants nearby in walking distance. Quiet and calm, easy to relax here! Host was helpful and apartment was clean!

Relax and play

There is just no better property in Grand-Case (or ghe whole island for that matter) if you want a nice little place right on the beach. The host provided clear communication and was very accommodating. Right on the street with all of the best restaurants in the Caribbean. I plan to return.

We stayed four nights at Tebo’s place and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, right on the beach, so we decided not to rent a car and had no regrets. We used Amigos Taxi, which cost 40 dollars each way. They were waiting for us at the airport with a sign and picked us up right in front of the Love Hotel when it was time to leave. Each morning started with pastries from the patisserie one street over and Nespresso coffee on the porch, where the fan kept mosquitoes and no-see-ums away. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, and the small mini fridge kept our beer and wine cold. We walked down to Lola’s for lunch every day and had dinner at a different restaurant each night, all within easy walking distance. The snorkeling to the left was fantastic, with colorful fish and coral, while to the right near Grand Case Beach Club was less impressive but still nice for a swim. The two floats provided were perfect for relaxing in the water with a cold drink, and swimming under the moonlight was unforgettable. Every evening we carried chairs out to the platform near the stairs to watch the sunset. Tebo’s place has the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and island charm, and we will definitely return next time with friends to rent the units next door.

Beautiful beachfront location in Grand Case

Our flight to St Martin was delayed and the car rental closed so we took a taxi to the apartment Thibault stayed in touch and directed our driver to the unit. The apartment is small, but perfect for a couple; step out the front porch and you are on the calm and lovely Grand Case beach. The best dining in St. Martin is just outside the door in Grand Case. Our host was wonderful. He lives next door and rented one of his cars for our stay at a very modest price and greeted us with fresh croissants for breakfast one morning. Thibault's son kindly drove us to the Marigot ferry when we left for Anguilla. Kind and wonderful host and small but lovely unit in the perfect location to enjoy St. Martin

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

I just returned from a week on the beach in Grand Case. Just steps to the soft sand and gentle surf of Grand Case beach. I enjoyed taking walks in both directions with my dog. There are restaurant options all around and plenty of places to stop for an ice cold beer, chilled wine or fancy cocktail. There is a small frig and a cooktop if you really feel like cooking yourself. Parking off the street, a large walk-in shower, king size bed, and the view! Watch the fishermen go out in the morning, the boats go by, people walking the beach, paddle boarders, etc. Perfect place to relax and unwind!

Beach living on Grand Case

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming indoor/outdoor beach bungalow. This property was just recently renovated, and we liked the indoor/outdoor kitchenette and the chaise lounges and umbrella right in front of the property. The location is fantastic, close to the amazing restaurants and beach clubs of Grand Case. We also enjoyed a nearby snorkeling excursion. There’s also a Supermarket a short drive away, and a really good French bakery a close walk from the property. Also, plenty of bodegas closeby for urgent grocery needs. This is not American-style luxury, so don’t expect that, but we were comfortable, and the property was clean. We had a small problem on the front end with a double booking, but our host was able to accommodate us by putting us up for a few days at a different property, and we were satisfied with that. Overall, we recommend this property.

An Ocean of Beauty

This is truly a gem. We have been to five other Caribbean Islands and this by far is the best. What you see in the photos is exactly what you experience. The clear and quiet area is only broken by the sound of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast watching the waves and took long walks along the shore. There’s a small hike to a hidden bay down the beach. The location is near small local restaurants called lolos right on the shore. They serve wonderful seafood and tropical drinks. Dress is casual and the weather is always warm. There is a small market within walking distance and a larger discount store in the main town. We mainly chose the place for the closeness to the ocean and the ease of living there. Thibault the owner lives near by to answer questions and he loaned us his kayak which was so much fun. If you enjoy swimming and relaxing by the ocean, look no farther!

Already planning our next trip

Perfection! This was one of the most wonderful vacations I have ever had. Our hosts, Jean Francois, Thibaut, and Marta were gracious and welcoming. The location is ideal. Walk down five steps to the beach where the gentle surf laps at your feet. Stroll two blocks down the street to your choice of the most delicious restaurants. Sleep to the sounds of the ocean outside your door. In the morning, buy your fresh croissants and coffee at the nearby bakery, and while you are at it, pick up a bottle of French wine at the shop to open at dusk as you watch the sunset from your back garden. Our dog sitter fell through shortly before our trip, and we asked to bring our little pup with us. The hosts were happy to welcome her, and she was delighted to run free on the beach! Two days before we left for St Martin, a friend decided to join us. They accommodated her in an adjacent room and welcomed all of us like old friends. It sounds too good to be true. I was honestly quite hesitant to leave a review, because selfishly I want to keep this place a secret all for ourselves, but it is truly too good not to share. Book asap, before the word gets out! (I should mention that there are amenities not mentioned in the listing: the kitchenette has a mini fridge, an induction cooktop, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. There are pots and pans and dishware for your use, as well as a charcoal grill in the garden. Wi-Fi is available, but leave your work behind!)

Unikt läge mitt på Grand Case stranden. Ett litet parhus med två lägenheter mot vattnet. En liten uteplats och 5 trappsteg ner till stranden. Sovrum med AC och ett kök/matplats med stor öppning mot uteplatsen. Modernt kök och enkelt men fräscht badrum. Läget med 2-5 minuter till barer och restauranger är svårslaget för att uppleva en mix mellan Frankrike och Karibien. Mycket bra och snabb kommunikation med värden! Vill man bo vid Grand Case måste detta vara bland de bästa alternativen.

spot de rêve pour vacances formidables

Grand case est une baie très agréable avec une eau bleue hypnotisante. Des commerces de proximités très pratiques et des restaurants à disposition qui offrent une grande diversité. L'appartement directement sur la mer est très bien équipé et surtout très agréable. Le caractère exclusif de cette position est rare sur la baie, il faut vraiment en profiter. Super accueil de l'hôte et ses précieux conseils on été bénéfiques à la découverte de l'île et ses subtilités. Je recommande vivement cet appartement car tout est réuni pour profiter de bonnes vacances à St Martin.

Located in the heart of the town, on the beach side. It is the only one that is not proposing "appartments in a big building facing the sea". This is a one-storey charming house fully renovated with large red wood deck terraces, private sandy gardens and beach chairs . Magnificient view on the whole bay, Anguilla in the distance and Creole rock. You can either stay on the beach at all time of the day or chose to be in more intimacy to read your book on the beach chair in the garden overlooking the beach.
There is Creole rock appartment and Tortuga appartment (two bedrooms) adjacent to it. We are 600 ft from famous Rainbow café, and 600 ft of the best gastronomics restaurants and bars on the other side. Yet we are in the quiet zone of Grand-case where the noise that you'll hear is the sea caressing the sand in front of you.
You can also rent the two appartments if needed as the decks have been designed to communicate directly with a separation door. Then the whole house can be just yours.
Also have in mind that the owner (wich lives in the next house on the beach) and rental manager (me) are people that put dedication in making you feel absolutly welcome. Having spent more then 40 years there, they for sure know the island and can give you the best advices on where to go enjoy Saint-Martin.
