This house was perfect for our book club weekend away. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful. There were nine of us and the house never felt crowded. The yard/pool was beautiful although we didn’t get to use it due to a Nor’easter the weekend we were there. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils and shower towels. Thanks for a great girls weekend!

Great family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at Fiddler Crab Cove. It is a spacious home that provided comfortable space for family meals, playtime and movie time; as well as plenty of flexible space for quiet play and nap times for all the grandchildren ( 5 kids under the age of 3). Preston also responded quickly to any questions that we had, great host.

Amazing home- amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay at the fiddler crab Cove home. This home was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the many amenities, including the spacious swimming pool and arcade games on the lower level. There was plenty of seating for our entire family. The views of the bay next to the home really added to the ambience of the place. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this home. The location backing to the cove was perfect, offering peaceful water views and a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor space by the pool was a huge highlight, with plenty of room for games and gathering.Inside, the home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and everything we needed was provided.If you’re looking for a place with both beautiful scenery and lots of recreational options, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We had a great time staying at Fiddler Crab. The house was gorgeous and we really appreciated having the heated pool in the backyard. The house is conveniently located to multiple beaches, great restaurants and kid friendly activities.

Fantastic house in ideal location!

We could not have been happier with this house for our week on the Cape. The location is perfect -- close to beaches, shopping, various cute towns, pickleball courts ... you name it. The pool (which is much bigger than it looks in the pics) is fabulous, with plenty of chairs and chaises around it and pool toys and beach chairs in the shed -- and the house is right on the water with 4 kayaks strapped to the dock. We went out numerous times, paddling to the beautiful beach on the spit of land across the bay. It was glorious! The house itself is well outfitted and so comfortable with spacious upstairs and downstairs living rooms, a big dining table and really everything you'd need. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice. It's all great. We will definitely be back!

Very pleased with our stay. The house accommodated comfortably our family of ten.The pool was an added bonus, after days filled with activity, to unwind.An added plus was the wonderful weather during our week!

This house was perfect. Prescott was quick to respond to questions and the vibe was positive and relaxing! It’s beautiful. Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable and the pool was ideal! We’d gladly stay here again! Comfortable beds, perfect getaway!

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood, with great views!

Comfortable beds! Great pool! And lovely outdoor and indoor spaces to relax as a large group! Cute neighborhood and lots of beaches nearby. Homeowner was very responsive with any issues which made for a great stay. We are definitely planning to come back!

Perfect Vacation Rental for Large Family!!

This home is perfect for a large family that enjoys a water view, water activities and pool swimming. It is bright, spacious, has all the necessary amenities and is an easy boat or kayak ride to the bay and beach. Prescott (owner) was very responsive and provided good recs and tips for people not familiar with the area. We definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

The Perfect waterfront home

We had a wonderful stay mid-May at Prescott's home. It fit all 12 of us nicely, and we were able to enjoy the pool and kayaking (we had some great weather). We loved having the second kitchen next to the pool and all the outdoor seating was GREAT! We can't wait to come back next year.

Five star home at Fiddler Crab Cove

This is the perfect property for an extended family to enjoy a week on Cape Cod. Great setting, large open concept living for families to hang out, spacious pool and patio along with a dock for our boat. The property is meticulously maintained and well organized for renters. Five stars all the way.

Spacious and comfortable vacation for the entire family

We just returned from a wonderful week-long stay. The house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our kids, plus a few members of our extended family. We loved the pool, and also loved that we were able to enjoy our rented boat right from the dock. We had a great time and definitely didn’t want to leave. The owners were also great and super responsive to a few questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Most amazing vacation ever!

This vacation week was a family reunion made up of 11 people (ages 10 to 70) from 3 different families. From the moment we opened the front door (keyless entry) we knew we would have a great week here! The kitchen was well appointed, the decor was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well! The different areas of the house were nicely spaced so that the families could all join together or have their space as they wished. And we cannot forget the video/arcade games that were a huge hit with the younger grandchildren! The patio/pool area was amazing! It was inviting with a sense of tranquility. The pool was a big hit with everyone! It was great having the availability of the kayaks too which were used often. The outside shower was a favorite and used frequently! The centralized location of the house made it a short ride to the beach in Mashpee, tree top adventures in Sandwich, parasailing in Dennis, boat rental with tubing and a 4th of July drone show in Hyannis! It was also conveniently located to grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, and an ice cream shoppe. This vacation home not only met, but exceeded my expectations!

Amazing home - being there was even better than the amazing photos and descriptions.

Amazing home - being there was even better than the amazing photos and descriptions. The varied outdoor decks on all sides of the house are really nice and useful. The house is better prepared and ready for you than many that you have to set more things up yourself. The heated pool was warm even on the coldest days. The small pool area was not hot tub warm, but cozy warmer than the pool itself. It is an easy drive to gorgeous beaches and restaurants/ice cream and things to do. The owner was immediately responsive to questions. We loved the home and our time there.

Clarification for future guests - as Ron pointed out, we do not have a hot tub, the smaller soaking tub is heated to the same temperature as our pool, although the heat hits it first, so sometimes it does feels warmer than the pool. Cape Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Mashpee. The location was great, between Falmouth and Hyannis, close to Mashpee Commons for shopping and grocery. The kitchen was well equipped, although a bit tight. Beware of the double ovens, as when heated the outside of the ovens get VERY hot. The view of the Bay is beautiful from the living area, which is a bright and comfortable gathering space. We enjoyed many meals on the outside deck overlooking the pool and Bay. The pool was the highlight of our stay and the kayaks were a great bonus for leisurely paddling in the Bay. The outdoor shower was a kid favorite. It was a great vacation spot and I would recommend it for any large group looking for a perfect vacation spot.

This was gorgeous, priceless time together!

Thank you Prescott, Fiddler Crab Lane was one of our best family vacations. It is difficult to assemble all of our children and grandchildren in one spot so want it to be right and it was. Everyone loved the house, the gathering spaces on both floors were great. The seating was ample and comfortable. Good beds. The deck was beautiful as was the pool. The grandkids loved their room with the blue lights. big hit. Son's in-law enjoyed the kyaks. We all loved the neighborhood and the ability to venture into some parts of the cape we had not seen before. The New Seabury marketplace was a hit and so convenient.

Wonderful Gathering Place!

We rented Fiddler Crab Cove House to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday and to reconnect with extended family. So many wonderful things to say! It was a beautifully curated house, both inside and out. Lots of space for both adults and kids. Having 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens was a plus. The multiple outdoor spaces were lovely and allowed us to spend time together as a large group for drinks and dinner or to grab some alone time with a good book. The pool was fabulous with lots of comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the water. My husband and daughter had a lot of fun using the kayaks to explore the bay and having an outdoor shower was a treat. Not much more to say. Highly recommended!
