It has an adjoining unit (Tropical Paradise) if you need a 2nd room.

Both apartments are located short flight of steps off the main lobby.



 The Building's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), app operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing. 



The rent includes smart TV, wireless Internet, water and electricity. There is a flat screen TV, air-conditioning as well as a dinette area with a fridge, toaster oven, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hot plate, pots and pans.



The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy check-in/check-out.



A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes



Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.
