Fantastisk beliggenhed for familien at slappe af. Gåafstand til restauranter, shopping, El San Juan Hotel, Intercontinental, Ritz Carlton, Embassy Suites og Hotel La Playa. Restauranter, butikker, alle bekvemmeligheder osv.

Vi er 5 minutter fra den internationale lufthavn, 15 minutter væk fra Condado og 20 minutter væk fra Old San Juan.

Vores område!: Den bedste turiststrimmel i Puerto Rico og har en af de fineste strande på øen ... Isla Verde. Amazing stay in San Juan area!

This rental was perfect! We loved the decor, modern appliances, and having room to spread out. The entry process was multi-stepped, but the instructions were clear. Spending time on the balcony and beach to the east were our favorite parts of our first trip to Puerto Rico. The property is exactly as pictured. We will be back!

Puerto Rico get away

We loved our time at Wanda's condo on the beach period. They communicated extremely well with us when I had any questions. The condo is well equipped with all the conveniences that we might have had to go out and find including small items like coffee and honey and salt pepper large Large items like lawn chairsitems like boogie boards and lawn chairs.

Absolutely Beautiful! Just go!

We had a great stay at this stunning beachfront condo! The views are absolutely breathtaking, with the green and turquoise colors of the ocean stretching out as far as the eye could see. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We soaked up the sun and enjoyed the sound of the waves. The beach is just steps away. Incredible beachfront condo. Unforgettable views!

Perfect vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wanda's condo. Communication was excellent -- hosts were always quick to respond. The place had everything we needed -- the beach gear was fabulous. Couldn't have asked for a better location -- great views, lovely beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Great location.

This property is as advertised. Quaint with all the amenities. We enjoyed our time spent in Wanda’s rental. Her son, Luis, was extremely helpful when we had to reach out with any questions, and gave us plenty of suggestions for food/entertainment during our stay. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Family Trip

I selected this rental last minute and I would not stay here again. Rental is in great area close to beach and restaurants. Also great views but things I didn’t like is noise from above apartment being renovated that I wasn’t advised about previously. Living room couch is dirty, shower knobs kept falling off and it’s hot in the living room. I did reach out to Luis and he was very quick to provide me information on my questions.

Wonderful place - so happy to have found this gem!

Amazing first visit to Puerto Rico (will not be our last). This property was perfect! Upon waking up to amazing ocean views out EVERY window at least 300 degrees - down both beaches - just grab your towel & keys (no shoes needed) go down the elevator - unlock 2 doors and jump right in the ocean! My husband and I were there for 8 nights and played in the ocean 4 times a day. We didn't even want to take any other island excursions! Can walk to the grocery store (we did uber back due to the load) and several local & chain restaurants. I attended a conference at the El San Juan Hotel which was less than a 5 minute walk down the beach. 100 percent recommend!

Impressive!

Stay Here! Ocean views and breezes from every room and window, including sunrises and sunsets. 14 Amapola #1105 is fabulous! I just spent 2 wonderful months, mid-Jan to mid-Mar and have absolutely no complaints. I’m looking forward to staying there again. It is a great location with easy access to and a choice of two great beaches. Also lots of nearby dining and entertainment options. Walking distance to grocery and drug stores. As a single female, I felt completely safe and secure during my stay. As an added plus, the full-time residents and handy man were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming (I don’t speak any Spanish). The unit is very well equipped and updated with nice modern furnishings and touches. The owner Wanda is extremely helpful but not intrusive. She was also promptly responsive to my questions and concerns. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing and everything I thought it would be.

First off, close to the beach but be warned the ocean has risen a bit from the pictures so there is not much of a beach in front of the condo but you can walk to two beaches that are simply beautiful! We have been to many beaches and these were some of the best beaches I've been too. Close walking distance to CVS and Pubelo for shopping. Also lots of restaurants near by and they are just a short walk away. Wanda was very attentive to responding and the place was clean! Very nice suite and the views were amazing. An incredible view from each window even the shower! The balcony is very large and the doors can open to have the place open concept and open aired! Also the only negative is that the one elevator is slow but not Wanda's fault. Also a few of the lights do not work but I never told Wanda and I am guessing no one has told her. I asked her for another set of keys and she quickly dropped them off, what service. Also the place has lots of amenities and beach chairs for 5! Which is awesome for spending days at the beach! All in all, I would highly reccomend staying here and I would also book it again in a heartbeat and most likely will. Everything is close and walking distance and beautiful beaches to walk! I cannot give this place enough praise! Outstanding!

Great Condo! Awesome Views!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the condo for a week in late March. We had a tiny issue with having been given the wrong code to the lock box, however, when we called Luis, he was very quick to respond and we were able to figure out the issue right away. Other than that, we LOOOOVED staying here!! The views of the beach from every window are amazing! I actually don't think the pictures do them justice! Every morning, and whenever we came in from the outside, the first thing we did was to open up the glass doors and bedroom windows so that we could feel the refreshing breeze from the beach throughout the condo. The beach was super easy and quick to get to. Most of the time we were there, the tide covered the steps to get to the beach from the condo, however, you can walk out the front of the building and down the walkway to the beach, which is just as quick and easy. The side of the beach where we stayed was never crowded, as was the beach to the other side, which is where a lot of hotels and condos are. We decided to rent a car during our stay, which we're glad we did, however, there are plenty of places to go to which are within walking distance: restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc... And we loved having the convenience of an assigned parking space. The condo has beach chairs, even beach towels, so no need to pack those. Overall, we loved our stay! We didn't do too much sight-seeing, but are planning to do so next time we come, and of course, we would love to stay at this condo again! Thank you Wanda and Luis for our great accommodations!

Much needed

From day 1 to day 7, everything was perfect! This place was so much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We had everything we needed, even aloe after we got roasted on the beach our very first day😅 our hosts were great with communication and making sure we were okay. With this being our first time in Puerto Rico and farthest from home we've ever been, we felt completely safe and relaxed. Everyone we had interactions with thru out the island were pleasant to speak to and passionate about what they were doing. We are not used to that kind of hospitality back in the states so it was nice to feel so completely welcomed. The beach was never crowded and the water is so close to the door to go out that you never have to worry about walking forever just to get a good spot or sand sticking to your feet since the sand is already wet as soon as you get out there. If you do feel the need to rinse off however, there is a shower right inside of the gate before you enter the lobby. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure and temp was great, and the balcony(where we spent most of our time when we were there) is truly unbeatable! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry the day before catching our flight! Would totally recommend this unit to ANYONE.

We loved everything about this place!

From start to finish, this was a perfect vacation spot for our family. The home has everything you need and is located in an ideal location between some of the very best beaches in San Juan, which made it a breeze for walking to the beach with young children and sand toys. The beds were comfy down to the pillows. The place had really nice appliances: Ninja blender, Washer dryer, Fridge, A/C that was easy to use and quick to cool down rooms. It was a huge peace of mind that Jose, Wanda’s son, was so welcoming and easy to communicate with before and during our trip. I forget if the listing mentions this, but you see the ocean from every room in the apartment, including the shower! We stayed for 12 days and we still weren’t ready to leave. We would highly recommend to anyone and hope to stay again someday soon.

Better than the pictures!

Wanda was a great host, not only was her place better than the pictures looks, she was super accommodating. Everything we needed was within the rental, beach chairs, umbrellas, Towels. Wanda even gave us recommendations on places to go and we were able to explore the island in the short time that we were here. For a last-minute trip this far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Wanda!!! We will definitely be recommending this place to others!.

Spectacular sunrises and sunsets

We had the perfect one month vacation. The apartment is a corner unit with amazing ocean views to Infiniti, from bedrooms, kitchen , living room and balcony. The reflection of a full moon on the ocean is breathtaking. It is well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Wanda the owner was welcoming, she went beyond the call of duty to be available and make our stay comfortable Communication with her seamless. She is a super host.

Great condo and location!

It’s a beautiful condo right on the water. The beach directly out the front gate is a less crowded beach which was great for us! Wanda was very Attentive And very helpful! 5 stars all the way! We will definitely be back!

beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay. The views are spectacular. The ocean breeze is constant and keeps the apartment comfy. There is no a/c in the living space, but if you aren't traveling in the heat of high summer, I think anyone would be comfortable. Considering the recent hurricane damage on the island, the condo was not in disrepair. It was clean and had all amenities that are needed. The stove was a challenge because there were no markings to show which dial controlled which burner, and which way was high heat vs low heat. This should maybe be looked at. There were issues with some light fixtures not working and some damage to patio doors and windows from the storm, but none of the issues would make it uncomfortable to stay here. The shower had good pressure, and was spacious, though the water temperature was very difficult to control. It could not keep a warm temp, and we had either extremely hot water or completely cold. Considering the warm climate, the cold water was ok for showering, but warm water would have been preferred. All in all, the condo is very comfortable, clean, and well situated on Isla Verde. Every window affords a stunning view of the island, and that's what you want on your vacation. The beach access was perfect for a mostly unpopulated beach, giving you your own part of the island almost to yourself. Wonderful! Close by are the hotels that offer water sports activities, and all the fun you could ask for. The owner is super nice and so is her mother in law, so your experience will be pleasurable all around. Grocery stores and plenty or restaurants are all walking distance so no rental car is even needed. Uber is super cheap on the island, so save the money on a car for Uber and you are all set. Puerto Rico and its people are wonderful, generous and kind. You will love your stay here and on the island. Thank you Wanda for a wonderful place to stay and great memories.

Beautiful condo in ideal location

We were very pleasantly surprised by the beauty and proximity of the ocean view - and the condo looked exactly like what was advertised. Wanda is a gracious hostess. She went the extra mile to make us comfortable by promptly getting us newly bought extra towels when we ran low and promptly sending help when we got lost upon arrival! We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location, well equipped

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The location is within walking distance of 2 great beaches and restaurants. It was furnished with all the kitchen utensils and we LOVED the beach chairs and towels. The only complaint is that we could not get the internet in the main living area. We had to sit in the bedrooms by the box for good internet.

Outstanding location, outstanding amenities

First, if you are looking for a 5-star resort, then go stay at a 5-star resort. This condo was perfect for what we were looking for and Wanda was super accommodating. Me, my wife and 2 college age kids loved it. The views are as shown...absolutely loved waking up to the ocean breezes. Very well appointed condo with everything you need, including steps from the beach to the right at the Ritz Carlton and to the left (which we enjoyed much more) by many hotels with dining options. Minutes walk from the casino in either direction. The neighborhood is safe, the people friendly. 10 minute walk from many restaurants and stores including Walgreens and a grocery store. I honestly do not have a negative thing to say about the trip or the stay. One additional note...we are from Chicago and Chicago is known for fine dining. While we had some pretty good meals, I would not say that San Juan and the vicinity is known for exquisite dining, but maybe my expectations were too high. The meals are pricey. We would dine out for dinner each night and with tip, I don't think we spent less than $100, except for maybe the Galeria Trattoria in the El San Juan Hotel. Really good food there.
