Do it! The host was absolutely attentive and made sure our arrival, stay and departure was smooth. The apartment itself was super clean, classic beach vibes, and served its purpose. The fact that you are steps from the beach with a gorgeous balcony view is what seals the deal. This place is secure, clean, and well worth it! If you have a car they have parking. They have beach necessities you can use during your stay. It was awesome, we will deff be coming back here.

Place was perfect spot for a 3 day weekend. Apartment was very clean. Host reached out to make sure everything was ok and responded in a timely manner. Place had beach towels, beach hats, and camping chairs to use. There was also a beach umbrella. You could also rent at beach, 5 for chair and 10 for umbrella. We had lots of eateries, shops and other hotels near us. We loved Freddy’s for breakfast and Mi Casita for dinner. All within walking distance from place. We didn’t check out the night scene there because we went to Old San Juan one night and to the Placita another night. We didn’t rent a car and ubered to Old San Juan and La Placita, fairly priced. We loved having the beach right downstairs from us and it was beautiful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking .

It was great for my family. Well stocked with towels, beach chairs and even drinks inside the fridge when we got there. The view was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you!

Due to an issue with the dam, the whole neighborhood of Isla Verde did not have water. The building provided for separate hours where we could use water. They had portable water brought in by the tank/truck load. Information about this could have, should have been a little bit better, although the situation itself was out of the hands of individual homeowners and hosts.

Great few days in Isla Verde

We really enjoyed our stay. Beach was wonderful and everything in the condo was clean and well stocked. Checkin was smooth and we appreciated the welcome book with many helpful suggestions. Great communication from Marco Polo. Would book again!

Great Stay

The condo was just as advertised. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfy. It was a very nice touch to have the food when we arrived and plenty of extra blankets and pillows along with beach toys and towels for our stay. The only hiccup in our trip was the power going out for a day and a half but that was not the fault of the VRBO.

Loved being literally on the beach. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to relax and to spend family time. It was perfect for us. Its a little outdated but being next to the ocean made everything worth it!

The check in process is easy. Just report to the security officer and show them your confirmation and she explained the rules and gave local advice. The unit was as described, wonderful view of the beach and of the the coastline to San Juan. The host left snacks and drinks for every on to enjoy.

We had a very nice stay. The best part was the easy access to the beach. Even though it is a large building, we hardly heard our neighbors at all which made it feel peaceful.The place was smaller than expected, so if you have a larger group like we did with six people, it can feel a bit tight. It is probably best suited for a smaller group of two to four guests.The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to cook for my family on most days. There is a lively nightlife scene right across the street with a 24/7 pizza spot, markets, pharmacies, and everything else you might need within easy reach.Tania, our property host, was wonderful and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance.

Great location in San Juan

The condo was perfect for us. We cooked every day in the kitchen, normally breakfast and lunch. For dinners there are many, many options within walking distance. We want to thank our hosts for the coffee, milk, cheese, bread, beer and rum in the refrigerator upon our arrival so we didn’t have to rush out to the SuperMercado first thing. Our daily trips to the beach or pool took a minute from the elevators. Just perfect for us.

Beautiful view, comfortable stay

The condo was homey and clean. The parking garage is confusing at first, especially trying to exit. Make sure to note this place is in the oestre (west) building. The pool and beach were so convenient. It was helpful having a Walgreens and restaurants nearby. We recommend Kintaro.

Great apartment, great building, great location

The apartment was excellent; the in-unit W/D and pool and beach equipment (towels, chair, toys) were particularly great amenities. So easy to grab stuff and GO! The Marbella is a great spot: great pool and one of the best beaches, meaning there are food vendors, umbrellas and chairs for rent, etc. Just steps from the condo.
