Nice clean unit. Good AC. Master bed is comfy but the others are very stiff. It’s an older condo but in a good location. The boardwalk to the beach has a lot of stairs so you can’t really use a wagon. Good bang for the buck. Would stay there again.

Property was clean and description was accurate. Only a couple of issues. Handle to glass door needs repair (kept coming off). Shower did not work in upstairs guest bathroom. We love the location and quick access to the beach!

Sweet Spot!

Our family had a great time super easy 2 minute walk across the breezeway onto the beach!! The pool was nice to enjoy in the evenings!

Lovely unit! Decorated so cute. Beds were comfy. Great location,! Walking distance to the pier and several restaurants.

Love this area.

I loved that I could message via text with the property manager. They were always quick to responds. This condo was as pictured and had everything that we needed for our stay.

We love Sugar Beach

We have stayed in this unit before. Very clean and kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We definitely will be back. Only thing is the AC unit needs some TLC, the upstairs stays pretty warm and the master bathroom needs the exhaust fan and regular light bulb replaced. Great beach accsess and wonderful pool! See you soon.

Very dated, grill was disgusting but we were brought a char grill from property management not very clean overall

Family weekend

There are some mechanical issues with this property that need addressed. The screen door locks stick and my family was locked out in the back porch several times. The towel rack in the master bath just fell off the wall. Things are a little “bubble gummed” together.

Family Vacation

Great location and access to beach front. Cozy townhouse and was really quiet area. Wish there was a hose in the front of the hosue to go with the shower head to rinse off sand, but thats a small ask. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. You will need to bring extra soap, but we were prepared for that. The info provided on the listing was helpful. Washer and dryer was perfect for washing towels or small loads of laundry. The tvs were a little confusing to use. Several remotes for each tv, labels would help. We will definitely be back.

High fees

The property needs some work. Broken door handles locking us out of the property. Chairs broken and broken towel racks. The high fees that we were charged, well over $300 were excessive since the VRBO fees were a part of that charge. I wasn't aware of that until I received my credit card statement.

The pros of this condo is location & the washer& dryer was a beast. The cons... beds are hard as a rock. EVEN the teenagers complained and they will sleep just about anywhere. I had to wash the couch cushions because they were gross, and while I understand the condo cleaning process( daughter of a condo cleaner) but it took a grand total of an hour on my first morning, the cleaning crew could have easily done that themselves. Sand/ food in the dishes... and a Frankenstein diy job on the flooring. For the price it was a very blah experience- we were close to the beach which was great & why we were there in the first place but the condo was a bit of a let down

a text message was sent upon arrival that the handle to the glass outer door was in need of repair - it was not repaired during our stay - and there was not follow up communication from the host regarding this.otherwise the unit was clean - location was excellent - rooms were as described - worth the price for the unit
