The check in process was perfect. They went out of their way to accommodate us since we arrived earlier than expected. The condo was in a perfect location. It is such a beautiful area! Only thing was we didn’t have any toilet paper which maybe was an oversight? Either way, we were very pleased with our stay!

We love the location and the family friendly environment!

We loved the location! Ocean front with a fabulous beach and a pier behind the property for crabbing and fishing. That was as great for our family of four. It was nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer. T

Beautiful view, great memories

This condo had an awesome view of the ocean, had great access to the water and very clean. I was not familiar with this area and loved the location. If you enjoy being able to hang out and relax where you are staying, this is the perfect place.

Great view!!!

Overall this is a great place to stay, View was awesome. The condo does need a deep clean and some updating. Most likely will stay in Pinnacle Port in the near future!

Weekend getaway

Location was great, nice views. Clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was WiFi did not work and was not addressed by host even after bringing it up that it didn’t work.

Thank you for your review, the internet outage was reported to the ISP, we sent four emails, to this guest letting them know that the outage was reported to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) we apologize that the provider was unable to resolve the issue during the guest stay. Thank you for your review, after our phone conversation, we discussed the overall Pinnacle Port Complex. They are in the process of getting much needed repairs completed. All of the properties in the state of Florida have to address any deficiencies that are discovered after they have been inspected by the State. This is due to the Champlain building collapse in Miami Dade County .

BEACH TRIP

We had an amazing time on our trip. This location can't be better. You're mere steps away from the beach. We love that aspect. The room itself is nice. Overall, we had a great time. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port in other condos in the past. The price on this stay was great. However, I do think a deep clean or "reset" clean would do it well and would make the stay even more pleasant in the future. I wouldn't describe the place as dirty, but there was an almost musty smell that made it feel like it needed to be cleaned.

Peaceful beach retreat

This was my second time at Pinnacle Port. I love it! This unit is older and more basic, but a great economical accommodation. The tub is old and the dishes were dirty. Other than that, it was excellent

Great location, unit ok.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times and love the resort. We have actually stayed in this unit in the past. The unit is in desperate need of updating. Would pursue other units at resort if available.

Great location. Bathroom had a funky smell and could use some fresh paint. Overall would stay again.

Rental went seamless. Other than being charged for the second part twice and getting it reversed, everyone was professional and helpful.

We absolutely love staying here.

This was our 3rd year staying at this condo. We have stayed at others but this is our favorite. The view can't be beat. We love the area. Family oriented and not the hustle and bustle you get when staying in PCB or Destin. We love the quiet and yet are close enough to PCB and Destin to get some great seafood at our favorite restaurants. The Rental company is Awesome. Always very helpful. This place feels like a home away from home for us. We will continue to come back.

Enjoyed our stay. Would return great value

Great single bedroom with easy access to the beach. Place was clean, comfortable and had a really nice view of the gulf. Exactly what we expected. A short drive to PCB and to 30A. Only reason to score below a 5 was because I needed to contact the rental agency to have them send me the link to register my vehicle a couple times over a couple days before it was resolved. No bid deal just glad I had been there before to know what I needed. If you are going to be there a few days pick up some TP, and paper towels.

Vacation getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. It was quiet , peaceful and the perfect time to go . The weather was nice and it only rained part of one day . It was the first time my husband had been there in thirty four years . I had been back with my sisters and mom . He was very surprised to see all the development at Carrillon Beach .

Perfect accommodations for my sister and me for a quick trip to the beach. Just know there is only a starter set of things like toilet paper, etc for your stay. Only negative for us was the shower was slow to drain which I dug out a wad of hair which fixed the issue (not our hair.)

My only complaint was the air conditioner ran constantly and we were unable to adjust the temperature. There were no throw blankets so we had to use towels and sheets to cover up. However, I would much rather have air than not. Overall, it was a good getaway.
