Great location

We stayed a long weekend for Memorial Day with friends and family. Location is perfect for the beach, breakfast and ice cream. We would stay again!

Another wonderful stay! The location of this house is perfect a quick walk to the beautiful beach. The house is comfortable and clean. This was our second stay at this house and we enjoyed it immensely and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Location!

Wonderful stay! Location was awesome-short walk to the beach. The weather didn’t cooperate which made us appreciate the accommodations even more. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

Great location in south side of Ocean City NJ

The beach, a playground, 55th Street food and ice cream are all less than two blocks away. We had a great preseason visit here. The owners are easy to reach if you have any questions. This was our second stay here, and everyone— including 3 and 4 year old kids — had a fun week.

Great South End OCNJ stay

We stayed for a week in July 2024. Communication before during and after stay was quick and responsive. The house is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Space was clean, front balcony was a favorite spot to chill. The top bunk really isn’t usable since there’s no side rail, but wasn’t an issue for us. We would definitely rent this place again.

Nice South End OC Home Close To Beach

This property is a block from 55th and Central. It was easy to get to the beach even with a 1- and 2-year old in tow. Clean and comfortable, it was great for a 3-day post-summer trip. Plenty of room for our 5 adults and 2 infants. The owners were easy to reach, but we really didn't need to as everything was as described and shown and we had no questions or issues during our stay.

Perfect Long Weekend

Our long weekend was great. From the location of the condo and proximity of the beach, we could enjoy the after Labor Day quiet. The condo itself was clean and provided all the necessary ammenities. Our host, Stephen, met us upon our arrival and even helped carry our stuff upstairs! Super nice! Only the 1 really rainy day interfered but there was plenty to do. All in all, heartily recommend this VRBO condo!

Great Location For A Beach Vacation

Steve was a great host. Making the reservation was easy and his place was just as advertised ... clean, comfortable and located incredibly close to the beach! If you're looking for a beach vacation in a relatively quiet, family-friendly area this would be a good choice ... the second-floor house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds with comfortable seating on the outside porches in the front and rear. The 5-minute walk to the beach will give you a wide open beach with plenty of room to spread out. The Ocean City Boardwalk is a 10-minute drive but there are also restaurant choices nearby if you don't feel like cooking in the full kitchen. We'd happily stay here again ... thanks for your hospitality Steve & Kathy!

Don’t Stay Here

There were NO bath towels and no sheets on the terrible beds with wires pillows. When I contacted the owner 5 times, he ignored me. I have rented many times with VRBO and I ask this property be de-listed as unsanitary. Plan on contacting NJ Department of Health as well. Just ugh.

As seen through our Exceptional overall VRBO property rating over the last ten years with exactly 0 negative reviews and multiple positive testimonies, we have established our home as great place for our guests to enjoy the shore. We have AlWAYS asked our guests to supply linens and towels to maintain a sanitary environment. This is established in our house rules and in our routine pre stay communications. We reached out no less than 8 times through VRBO mail and direct email provided by VRBO to address the linen/towel requirements and provide multiple solutions. Our efforts were ignored on each occasion. For the very first time our home was left in shambles. Broken mirror, multiple carpet stains requiring professional care, brand new recliner destroyed, smashed coffee pot, broken door lock, 2 hour professional cleaning requiring extra fees, etc and we haven’t even been down to see the rest yet. We are just devastated.

Awesome week!

I really enjoyed my stay in OCNJ. The place was plenty big enough for family to drop by and hang out. The location was one-one half blocks to the beach. The house had plenty of dishes and cookware to use. Cooking utensils, you name it, they had it. Just a block away was a little general store, coffee and donut shop, pizza and subs take out as well a Mike's take-out seafood. There was even an ice cream parlor that is very popular. You need to get to this place early in the evening or you will be standing in line. The owners were really easy to communicate with and answered almost instantly. I would stay at Steve and Kelly's place again. Thank you for your hospitality! I was sad to go home!!

Perfect family vacation spot

This was the perfect house and location for our first vacation as a family of 4. The proximity to the beach and playground was perfect for our 2.5 year old and infant. The space was clean and comfortable. Enough room in the master for the bassinet and we had an extra room for mommom to stay a couple nights. We were able to have most meals at home using the kitchen and grill. The block was nice and quiet and the beach was beautiful. With so much to do in Ocean City, we had an amazing week!

Friends Turning 50

This place was perfect for our 50th celebration. There were 6 of us that stayed for 3 nights. The house was the perfect size for our group and very clean. We loved the front balcony and spent every morning there waiting for everyone to wake up. The location was ideal....not too close to the hustle and bustle but not too far to walk or take an Uber. The owner answered my messages within a timely fashion and was more than accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!
