"Anchor House", named for the anchor encased in a tree in the front yard, is a renovated four-bedroom home.

Enter a living room with comfortable seating and large flat screen TV with cable. Beyond the living room is a den/game room with comfortable seating and another flat screen TV. The nicely-equipped eat-in kitchen at the back of the house has stainless appliances and a table with seating for six. A stacked washer/dryer is located just off the kitchen.

Two of the house's four bedrooms are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and an exterior door to a small deck with bistro table at the side of the house. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on the first floor.

Stairs from the living room lead to the second floor landing with a desk. One of the second floor bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is also a bathroom with shower on the second floor.

There are four window air conditioners--one in each of the four bedrooms.

Enjoy the lovely bluestone patio with gas grill, table and chairs at the back of the house. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower.

This property is dog-friendly. Please note: the property is on Route 6 and the yard is not fenced in.

Centrally located, easy access to all-points. Walk to Dunkin' for your morning coffee. This property is a very short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including:

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
