For the adventurous types, Bawley Point offers a plethora of outdoor activities to keep your adrenaline pumping. You can explore the lush bushland, hike through the rugged terrain, or kayak down the tranquil rivers. Or, if you're feeling particularly brave, you can try your hand at rock climbing or abseiling.

Just a short drive north of Bawley Point you will find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars to explore. You can sample fresh seafood, sip on locally brewed beer, or simply sit back and enjoy the laid-back coastal vibe.

The cottage is modern, cosy and ultra-stylish. The warm, light-filled open plan living space is air-conditioned and has a large, plush lounge and big screen TV with Netflix and Wifi. The fully equipped, sleek kitchen showcases all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, 5 burner oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, coffee machine



Step outdoors onto the back deck with a BBQ and enclosed, private courtyard.

There are 4 lovely, comfortable bedrooms and 1 contemporary, luxe bathroom.

- Linen is provided, including bath towels, with beds made ready for your arrival.

- House runs a Tesla Battery.

- Driveway parking for 1 car or 2 small cars- Off-street parking for 2 cars



Important Notes

- Linen and towels are included however please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels

- Firewood is not supplied guest can BYO or purchase firewood from the BP fuel station in Termeil

- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.

- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled

- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
