Inside you'll be treated to a relaxing living room, family room, modern kitchen, and dining area. Two master bedrooms with ensuite, and three additional bedrooms.
Shopping plaza, groceries, restaurants, salons, golf & theme parks only a short drive away.
The space
Pool -
This house has everything you need for your perfect relaxing getaway. A huge screened-in pool sits out back, perfect for sunbathing with multiple loungers. Adjacent is a large umbrella covered patio for outside dining, great for those who prefer to keep it cool. Access to full bathroom from the pool.
Pool heating is available for $30 per day with prior notice for instructions on how to operate.

Bedrooms -
This house is equipped with 2 master bedrooms perfect for big families with ensuite and smart TV's for entertainment. For large parties, there are three additional themed bedrooms, two of which contain two beds each. That's perfect for a group of 10 people.
There is also Pack 'n Play cribs for little babies.

Common Areas -
In the common area, you’ll find a modern kitchen with ample cabinets, counter space and a coffee bar. The dining room sits 6 guests and 4 additional seating at the kitchen counter. A high chair is available for use.
From the kitchen, you can keep an eye on the dining space, pool area, and enormous living room. The living room is equipped with lavish furnishings,
a convenient glass door leading to the pool, and a Smart TV.
A family room stocked with a huge collection of boardgames, giant Jenga and a flat-screen TV perfect for family hangouts.
Highlight : A dedicated workspace in the family room is perfect for a "working from home" life.
House includes two-car garage and inside laundry room available for use anytime.
Garage houses a Dart board, Pool table, Ping Pong table, and Foosball table converting into multiple other games.
Guest access
The entire space is available except for the owner’s closet. This is a closet in the 2nd master bedroom with Queen bed.
