We loved everything about Quintessential Kewarra. House was clean and very well presented with all the conveniences of home. Access and check-in was super-easy with host, Nadia, providing all the info prior to arrival. Location was great and the local restaurants are well-worth a visit.If we ever have occasion to come to Cairns again, I’ll definitely be booking my accommodation here.

Good size house, everything was very clean. The pool can be cold but it is perfect once the weather hits 25! The house has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.

We can’t say enough amazing things about our trip to Cairns but one thing for sure is Nadia’s beautiful home in Kewarra beach!It was even better than the pictures, and so well kept. The pool is amazing.It was a relaxing oasis amongst all of our Queensland adventures!

The accommodations were just what we needed to relax for a week after travelling all over Australia. The home and yard were beautiful and comfortable.The host was communicative, easy to deal with, and responsive.

Disappointing - upon arrival, perishables had not been removed from the fridge and microwave had food stains on the carousel and the kettle was not in proper working order - lid would not stay closed. None of the beds had top sheets or bedspreads which is the first time we’ve experienced this in a Stayz property - we did manage to find some but these should have been in place when the sheets were cleaned. The property has 2 single door garages - one being electric but no remote control so you have to go through the house and open the garage door from the inside. The other door has timber, paint, bags of concrete, cleaning products, gardening equipment and pool toys behind it. There is a perfect location at the rear right of the property to build a large shed which should house all these items. At the end of the day, hosts need to accept responsibility as guests are paying their hard earned money to stay in these properties and they need to be of a certain standard. Also, both exhaust fans in the bathrooms are absolutely clogged and look like they haven’t been cleaned for some time. Car hire is a must because there is nothing within walking distance other than some corner shops. Trinity Beach is only a 5 minute drive away and Palm Cove is about a 12 minute drive and there are pubs and other eateries along their esplanades. However, the pool is fantastic and we spent a fair bit of time in there and this was the highlight of our stay at this property.

As we explained, our regular cleaning team was away, and we had arranged a new cleaner who was looking after the property for the first time. Unfortunately, a few things were overlooked. Regarding the food left in the fridge by previous guests, the cleaner was unsure whether food that appeared perfectly fine to eat should be discarded. We sincerely apologise for this oversight. Bedding was provided at the property, but it seems our usual instructions on how we prepare the beds for guests may have been missed by the new cleaner. We are sorry that the beds were not presented as they normally would be. Regarding the kettle, as discussed during our phone conversation, an additional kettle was available for your use. Our garage is spacious and provides enough room for guests to park and store their rental vehicle. We also appreciate your suggestion about creating additional storage for gardening equipment and pool accessories. It’s a helpful suggestion that we will certainly keep in mind. We are really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the pool and spent plenty of time relaxing there. It’s lovely to know that this was a highlight of your stay! Thank you again for your honest feedback. We genuinely value our guests’ experience and will take your comments on board as we continue to improve the property. We wish you all the best and hope you enjoyed your time in beautiful Cairns!

We had a wonderful holiday and the home was the perfect location to celebrate my Birthday and Christmas. Amazing location and amenities, especially the pool which was tranquil and divine both day and night. The whole family loved staying there for the two weeks. Lovely place for a family

Beautiful place. Perfect for a family base while visiting the sites and adventures around Cairns. Gorgeous swimming pool. And I love it that there are banana trees in the back yard.Thanks to the host for our lovely stay.

Wonderful house & location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Quintessential Kewarra..house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was close to all the sites we wanted to see and it was great to come back and relax around the amazing pool. Thankyou Nadia & Stephen for such a wonderful spot to stay.

Communication with Nadia was easy. She helped us to get breakfast on the first day. The children loved the pool, toys and books! I love the quiet neighborhood, the bedrooms have double blinds to block out the sunlight and all the creature comfort. Wifi was strong. Aside from some minor inconveniences, we were able to prepare simple meals and had a wonderful time staying there.
