Great room, with a great view, in a very convenient location. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen and dining room had beautiful views of the bays and you can see the Gulf. We will be staying again!

Beautiful spot right in the heart of PB. Easy walk to just about anything. Gated parking and private pool was awesome. Would for sure rent again when in PB!!

Great location near everything

We were here for Mardi Gras weekend, the condo was the perfect location. Everything we needed to have a great weekend was there.

Great Location

Close to beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Great view from balcony of the sunset. My only pet peeve was we had a couple minor issues and we had to follow up a couple times with management company to get them resolved.

Good stay

Need very clear explanation of how lock front lock works. Took us extra 45 min to get in condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, the location was perfect, parking was convenient, and the condo was spotless and very well maintained. It was cozy, comfortable, and the beautiful view made our visit even more enjoyable.The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars was because we could never get access to the gym. This was one of the amenities that made us select this property. Three of the four people in our group were planning to use the gym each day. We weren’t given any information about accessing it at check-in, so we called the following morning. We were directed to the office to pick up a key and were given instructions on how to turn it in the lock. Unfortunately, the key we received didn’t even fit the gym door. We returned to the office two more times, but despite everyone’s efforts, we were never able to get a key that worked.This wasn’t a deal breaker, but it was disappointing and frustrating since access to the fitness center influenced our decision to book this condo. Aside from that issue, everything else exceeded our expectations. If the gym access had been resolved, we would have happily given this stay five stars.

Mardi Gras

Unit was nicely furnished & well stocked with appliances & dishes. Private gated property for extra security. Only critique is that the floors need to be mopped or mopped better. Wiped up some water and paper towel was black.

We had a wonderful week. We loved that it was so close to everything. We parked in a secure gated lot and walked to beach, shops, dining. It was amazing the difference between the back balcony and front. Front was full on busy beach/ nightlife and if you want d quieter step out back to overlook beautiful bay and pool. Only complaints and it wasn’t major was lack of kitchen stuff as I wanted to do home cooked meals for our son, but we made it work and i had to wash stuff as it was dirty,..which I will not fault them, (prior renters used and put away dirty). It was comfortable and just right for the 3 of us. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The condo was as advertised. We didn’t get the gate fob or gym key upon arrival after several calls we finally got the fob and a key that didn’t fit the gym door. Several more inquiries and after they would finally answer (left multiple messages with no return phone call) Our second search criteria was gym and never got access the entire time When we returned the fob to Pensacola beach property’s they were literally 2 blocks away We don’t expect perfection, but common courtesy and help would have been nice

Great location! This was our 1st time staying on the bay side and although the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed the balcony and the view. It was also easy to walk everywhere! Definitely recommend.
