We appreciate when our objective guests notice the extra attention we put into offering the cleanest rentals. None cleaner on Anna Maria Island! Every surface sanitized. Expertly washed and sanitized linens and towels. We even clean what you can’t see. I.e., we may be the only place offering UV/Hepa air purification as well as purified bathing water! Glad you loved the recent complete makeover. I’m glad you also mentioned our premium beautiful decor which includes couch and recliner by LaZBoy and designer bedroom by Vera Wang. I’m so happy that you are definitely coming back! Over half of our guests return again and again and delighted you will too!! Sir, I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. My top priority as a host is to ensure that all my guests are completely satisfied. In your review, you compare ours to a rental “a few streets down”. As it turns out you were unable to stay with us due to an A/C breakdown before your arrival. We were assured the A/C would be replaced before your arrival but due to COVID related shipping backlogs it could not be installed in time. Being booked solid we couldn't have you stay at one of our places and you had to stay a few streets away. This was the first time this ever happened. When we asked how you were doing, you said everything was "very good". As such, you’d imagine my surprise reading your review. Had you informed us you were not satisfied with the nearby back up location, we would have put you back at our place the next morning when A/C was replaced. We now have a fewbspare mobile spot coolers that can be utilized if, in the future, an A/C system can't be repaired or replaced in time for a guest visit. The fact is, this is one of our most popular rentals. We go above and beyond to ensure our rental is exceptionally clean and fully sanitized. Yes, it really is the cleanest vacation rental on AMI bar none. It's one of the main reasons most of our guests return to this beautiful rental again and again! To our prospective guests, I encourage you to read our other reviews, before and after this one to get a better idea of the quality of our services, decor, etc.. And, of course, if you ever have any questions or concerns during your stay, please feel empowered to speak to us and we will ensure your needs are met.
