Very spacious condo beds was very comfy like a 2-3 min walk to the beautiful beach clean pool along with clean condo check in was smooth can’t go wrong with this one

This is a place with high likelihood we will return. The place was clean, communication was excellent, and access to the beach was amazing. The area was really welcoming for my family as well.

Our first trip to AMI. Terri was truly wonderful to work with. The accommodations were great. The unit was spacious, clean and the perfect location. It had everything we needed including beach chairs. Only steps away from beautiful white sand beaches and amazing sunsets. A short walk to Bridge Street restaurants, bars, live music and pier. Will definitely be back!!

Condo was very clean and updated. It was in an excellent location to three restaurants we could walk to. Short walk across street to beautiful Bradenton Beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided in the condo. Great spot for beautiful sunsets. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Kitchen needed pots and pans for cooking. It was not well stocked for cooking in there. Plates, bowls, silverware and cups were plentiful. Unfortunately, we had a child staying on the floor above us who was running back and forth and pounding the floor for hours. It was not normal! It was so loud for HOURS..up till 10:30-10:45pm every night. Texted host twice and asked if they could notify them to tell them there were people below them. Host did not do this as the noise continued. We were told those guests were checking out the next day. We put up with it for 3 days and nights. Would not stay at this location again as we felt our concerns were not heard. It was not just a little running back and forth. The chandelier in our dinning room was shaking from the pounding above but host expected us to pay money and put up with it.

Lynn, You contacted me on Aug. 7 at 9:13pm about the upstairs guests. I replied the guests were checking at at 10am on Aug. 8 which they did. The condo does not have a chandelier, the condo has never had a chandelier. I am unsure why you find it necessary to lie and insult someones intelligence. I honestly believe there was noice coming from a child running. All I would expect is for you to tell the truth without the fabrication. I am sorry for the noice from the upstairs guests. Terry Terry

Fantastic Condo

Can't say enough about this property. - Easy check-in and check-out - Guest Portal website provided all necessary info - Excellent communication from the owner, Terry - Super clean and nicely decorated and furnished Location is just a short walk to the beach and Bridge Street. You'll have everything you need. Dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies, etc. There are also plenty of of beach chairs, toys and floats to use as well. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Hidden Gem

The property was amazing. Spacious! Bay views with sunrise and gulf views with sunsets. The rooms were quiet, fresh, clean and airy. The Kitchen had all we needed! Our screened in balcony was a delight at night. The pool was so warm and extremely clean. Terry was quick in answering any questions we may have had. Beach chairs were provided along with towels. It was a huge saver for us plane travelers! The free island trolly was the way to go around the island. There was even access to the public transportation; monkey bus, which would pick you up for 5 dollars a person right at a designated area of your choice. Quick and easy Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The beach is right across the street. We didn’t need to leave the island! Groceries. Shops. Etc. everything you need was all right on the island. No high rise buildings. Easy streets to navigate. The next time we won’t be renting a car, we will use public transportation only. It was so easy and fun! Thanks Terry and family, we cannot wait to come back. We are hooked on your place forever! It was very hard to leave such a beautiful place!

A Few Issues

First, Terry, the property manager was above the top. He was always availabe and prompt when communicating. When we couldn’t access our unit, someone was there to help (it was a code issue) in ten minutes. We will definitely rent through Terry again. By far the biggest and worst issues with this property were the building acoustics. There was a family above us who had a small child. They never seemed to sleep and never seemed to leave. All day and all during the night you could hear them walking, or running, across the entire unit. It was rather maddening, especially when it began to cause a serious lack of sleep. We got to the point where we dreaded even going back to the condo. The tv had to be turned way up just to hear over the walking above us. While I don’t condemn the folks from doing what they want to do, this unit should absolutely not be used as a rental. That said, it actually was a very nice unit. Needed a little TLC as far as the cleaning went. Spider webs in corners, sand in closets, dust and residue on dining lights…small stuff. I used to clean for a living, so may be pickier than the average. While the deck view was on the bay or oven, it was still lovely and quiet on the road. Construction on the roofs as well as the building beside us was someone annoying, but we were gone for the most part, and that’s just one of those things you have to deal with. The only other “gripe” was that there was little to no shade at the pool. No umbrellas, just a few palms
