This spacious 80m2 apartment is quiet, sunny, and fully equipped, located in the heart of the city center. The large living room is furnished with comfortable corner sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The dining table can comfortably seat up to seven people.

The bedroom features king size bed (can separate if necessary), ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a standard-sized bath and a toilet.

The terrace provides a magnificent view of the city and is furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. There is also a Sukkah located on the terrace of the building for the Sukkot holiday.

The laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. The apartment also features centralized air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year.

The apartment is located in the center of Jerusalem, about 53 km from the airport. It is situated on Shaul Adler Street, which is at the corner of Haneviim Street, in the heart of the cultural and historic Nachalat Shiva district. In addition to its historic side, the Nachalat Shiva district is also known for its modern side of the city, with fabulous restaurants, nightlife, trendy cafes and bars, and great shopping. It is a great choice for those who want to be in the heart of the action and close to all the major sites in the city, including the Old Town, Mahane Yehuda Market, and Mamilla shopping avenue.

Perfect location for the Old City and lovely shops and restaurants!
The location was just awesome. We walked everywhere and the u Sergei’s parking was very convenient for our car. Bring Toilet paper! I stay at a lot of rentals and have never arrived with absolutely nothing in the place. We got in late and just wanted to go bed and realized there wasn’t even toilet paper. Not even one roll to get us through the night. There was a smoke alarm battery in the main hallway chirping the entire stay. Not sure how residents can stand it. I will assume no one notified the building manager. There were codes to the exterior doors of the complex but all doors were open and didn’t lock. Sheets were see through from age so they need updated. It was clean and large so perfect for a family. Nice upgrades on a renovation. Large dinner table. But you have to bring everything except dishes and glasses and silverware. Be warned
