The Space:
Introducing one of the newest condominiums in town! This exquisite residence features brand new interiors, appliances, furniture, decor, beds, mattresses, and more. Every element is thoughtfully chosen and entirely fresh.

Nestled in a prime location, this spacious 3-bedroom condo offers easy access to the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Blvd, DTLA (just 25 minutes away), and Beverly Hills (only 15 minutes away).

Spread across three levels, this Hollywood Gem provides a private main entrance and convenient free parking. Attached to the open-plan living area is a balcony space with comfortable seating and abundant natural light. Additionally, the rooftop living space boasts ample seating, a 6-person dining area, a barbecue grilling station, and a large smart TV.

The full-size kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, silverware, basic cookware, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a full-size stove/oven, and a full-size refrigerator.

The tastefully designed bedrooms are perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests. Each room is furnished with a smart TV featuring Apple TV, and extra pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for added comfort.

IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Other Things to Note:
Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.

In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.

1) No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.

2) No pets
We, out of principle, do not allow any pets.

3) No smoking, vaping, or the like

High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW
You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.

6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.

Parking: Two car parking available and plenty of free street parking as well.

Pre Stocking:
We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.

Day of Arrival:
During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment.

Check In:
We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. If you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check-out:
Our check-out time is 10:00am.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.

This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

We have a robust in-house team comprised of interior designers who help make sure all of our villas are meticulously furnished, guest services concierge to assist with any pre-trip planning needs, dedicated hosts with local knowledge, maintenance personnel, and in-house stylists who ensure your villa meets our hospitality cleaning standards. Based in these standards we are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can stressful especially since most bookings happen without you ever seeing the home in person until you arrive. We take the stress out of the unknown. Common feedback is that our homes are even more beautiful in person.

Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it to whomever you deem fit!

Amazing
Walk to the grocery store, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Otus Thai (delish). Jack in the Box, IN and OUT Burger!! Being able to just walk out the door to soo many spots was great. Grilled on the rooftop, the espresso machine, the linens and bedding, so great. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you!!
