The property was quite lovely. It was in a very nice neighborhood in Montreal, Mile End, near little Italy. Ash was very quick to respond to any questions. I would gladly recommend this place.

Bright and spacious ground level apartment. Full kitchen and laundry. Close to lots of restaurants and market made this a great and relaxing stay. I will stay again, given the chance.

Overall the rental property was comfortable, clean & easy to access.However, a glaring problem with on street parking for permit holders only … resulted in 100 parking fine. Host claims warning was given upon checkin but ad reads there is ample street parking available for guests- not!We both liked the neighborhood but it was a long way from most Montreal attractions beyond the unique neighborhood vibe. Also, the pictured patio was only useable after hours when trucks & construction were done for the day.. host was very responsive to inquiries as well.

Our arrival guide, sent automatically before check-in, includes parking information and warnings about resident-only permit zones. Free street parking is available in the neighbourhood, but restrictions vary along the block, so guests should carefully check the posted signs wherever they park. We are also adding printed parking instructions inside the apartment to make this information easier to reference. We understand the daytime construction affected your enjoyment of the patio. That work is now wrapping up, and we appreciate your patience during your visit.

Casa Jardín is a lovely apartment in a great part of the city. Local access to Little Italy, the Jean Talon market, and Park Jarry felt like a a gift. Connections to the rest of the city from Park Mount Royale, the Plateau, Old Montreal, and even the Îles de Boucherville national park was very accessible. The decor is attractive, the space functional, and the back patio a lovely retreat. Communication with Ash and Navid couldn’t have been better. Grateful to have stayed here.

One of my best stays abroad ! If you want to enjoy Montreal as a real city and not yet another downtown lovation then this place is for you! Good connection to the center by metro, plenty of BIXI bike stands and v local cafes and restaurants. Safe ares, v quiet in the accommodation and full of life if you go to some local bars/ restaurants. The Jean Thalin Market is simply lovely … really great communication with the hosts who are relaxed and responsive if you need them.My 4/5 score for description of the house is only that I did not use the patio as ( maybe thankfully) is not in the sun.In summary a fantastic place

Awesome clean little one bdrm in Mile-Ex. Close to Parc Jarry, both blue and orange Metro lines, Petite Italie, and Michelin recommended restaurants like Limbo and Vin Mon Lapin. We had an awesome time exploring the surrounding neighborhoods on foot and loved the vibe. Thanks so much to our hosts Ash and Navid. The coffee was a life saver!

The location was excellent, close to excellent coffee, great groceries, metro and bus, lovely park, not that far from other great neighborhoods. Communication with the host was easy, fast, responsive, and friendly. The place was roomy, convenient, and cute.

Lovely Montreal Oasis

Great serene spot to stay and hang out. Close vicinity to great cafes, restaurants, and markets. Backyard oasis was a morning and evening highlight for sure!

Charming apartment, clean and located within walking distance of plenty of attractions and restaurants. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again next time in Montreal.

Superb location

We had a great time checking out the many neighborhoods and districts of Montreal. The apartment is well located for access to bus, subway and rental bikes. Fabulous meals in Little Italy’s restaurants and the Jean Talon Market is a short walk away.

zen getaway

the home was beautiful,spacious and well equiped with everything available to make your stay special. there is everything close by - great restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, metro stations,. we enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to come back, thank you ashley and navid.

Great Location near Jean Talon market

Little gem in Little Italy

We loved the property! Cool in the middle of a heat wave, outdoor space, clean and spacious… it was perfect. There are lots of shops around ( including a dépanneur less than a minute away) and Little Italy within minutes… A foodie’s dream! Strongly recommended, we’re hoping to be back soon…

Oasis in the city

I’ve stayed at this beautiful apartment for a couple of nights. It’s in a great neighborhood and has a small green backyard that’s perfect for having your coffee in the morning. The communication was very smooth and friendly.

Great location in Mile-Ex

The place was as advertised - clean, with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Ashley and Navid communicated ahead of time on everything we needed for check-in. To be honest, we didn't spend much time at the place because we were too busy checking out the amazing neighbourhood! Great location and walking distance to some awesome Montreal neighbourhoods.

Cozy apartment

The cozy apartment was in a quiet neighborhood. 5-10 min walk to multiple restaurants ( Hurricana Brasserie, Impasto, Bottega), bakeries ( Louise - very good croissants that were buttery and crunchy), across from Caffe Italia ( very good coffee) 15 min walk to Jean Talon Metro - easy ride to downtown / Old Port of Montreal

Lovely, peaceful stay

We had a great stay at Ashley and Navid's place! The apartment was peaceful, sunlit and had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinking a glass of wine on the patio at night. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Mile-Ex was such a fun neighborhood - close to lots of restaurants and bars, the Jean-Talon market, and public transit options. Ashley and Navid were warm and communicative. We would definitely stay again!

Serenity in Mile Ex

Over the years I have stayed in many short-term rentals and hotels in various Montreal neighbourhoods, and this is without a doubt my favourite. The space is very peaceful with a sweet back garden, and the location is perfect for exploring Mile Ex and adjacent areas. Ashley and Navid went out of their way to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. I hope to return soon. Thanks to both of you!

Mile-Ex Gem!!

We had a very relaxing stay in this clean, ground-level, light-filled Mile-Ex apartment. The hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond, and communicated clearly. The neighborhood is fun to explore and wonderfully quiet at night. Walk to the Jean Talon Market and nearby grocery shops if you’d prefer to cook at home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. We also enjoyed some wonderful Indian food delivered from Harry’s Curry Corner. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Montreal.
