PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in Upper Gay Terrace Kings Beach.

Access to the apartment is via a coded lock front door at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the apartment & after you have booked.

The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit. Height restriction 2.2 mtrs. Access the apartment and immediately on your right is the garage door. Push the access button on the wall to open the garage door. Drive down the driveway and then into your garage, on the left hand side. Push the access button again to close the garage door.

The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed & Ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed & bathroom opposite

Upstairs you will find a 3rd toilet.

Air-Conditioning
Lounge, Dining, Kitchen and both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned

Downstairs has an undercover outdoor lounge area. Upstairs has a large undercover deck with lounges and BBQ, with ocean views beyond

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

The kitchen is near brand new and has all new cabinetry and appliances. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.

The dining table seats six.

The lounge room has a large smart tv for you to view your streaming services, or watch free to air channels.

When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 400 metres (3-4 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 400 metres (3-4 minute walk) up to 10 cafes, restaurants & general store

Please feel free to explore our amazing location, whether it is to Kings Beach, Bullcock Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, or the Caloundra CBD. You are indeed spoiled for choice.

The house is situated only a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the main street of Kings Beach.You are able to see the beach from the balcony and the kitchen and 1 bedroom with King size bed are upstairs. The second bedroom with Queen bed is downstairs. The stairs up to the bedroom and kitchen could be a problem for people with bad knees etc, but is fine for most healthy people. Both beds are very comfortable.We stayed for 2 nights and would stay there again if we came back to this part of the Sunshine Coast.There is a garage for parking a car, but it could be difficult trying to get a large vehicle into it as there is not a lot of room to swing the car into it. It took us about 3 or 4 adjustments each time when driving in or driving out. Our vehicle was a Nissan SUV and it was fine once in the garage.We found all communication with the host to be easy and any questions we had were promptly answered.

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.

There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.

As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
