This beautifully presented two bed two bath apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the shores of the Mooloolaba canal.
Flooded with natural light and a stylish beach vibe you will feel instantly relaxed.
The open plan kitchen and large living area open onto the balcony with impressive views of the canal. Perfect spot to enjoy your brew of choice.
15-20 minute flat walk to Mooloolaba beach, cafes, restaurants and all the fabulous facilities Mooloolaba has to offer.

* Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine
* Access to the in ground

* undercover parking for 1 vehicle
* Air conditioning in the main living space
* Ceiling fans in all rooms
* Master bedroom with ensuite and views to the canal
* Wifi and large smart TV with access to all on demand TV apps
* Laundry facilities
Quality hotel bed linen, bath/hand towels, face washers, bath mats, tea towels and bathroom essentials are provided for your convenience. All linen is professionally laundered.

You will have the entirety of the apartment to enjoy. Undercover parking for 1 vehicle. The pool is shared with other residents.

A hub for visitors to the Sunshine Coast, Mooloolaba is also a locals’ paradise. Featured in TripAdvisor’s top 10 Beaches list two years running, Mooloolaba’s gentle beach break is also one of the safest and most protected breaks and is patrolled all year round.
The Esplanade's vibrant strip is bustling with a multitude of cafes, restaurants and shops to suit all needs.
The fitness culture is evident with everyone from power walkers to board paddlers rising early to view the beautiful sunrise and enjoy the lovely mornings.
During off-season periods and weeknights the town is noticeably quieter and you will most likely find the locals rolling out a picnic blanket to enjoy the stunning sunset.
Other Things to Note:
Strictly no "Schoolies" or similar parties. Please do not enquire.
This is a very quiet community, please be respectful of our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.

Ask me about our beautiful beaches & pristine natural reserves to our quaint hinterland towns & bustling beachside cafes, restaurants & shopping centres. With a passion & flair for design & styling, I love to create a space that is warm, welcoming, has great energy & feels like home. I have stayed in many different accommodations around the world, from hostels to 5 star hotels, as well as experiencing a wide range of Airbnb accommodations, and as such, I understand the value of bringing 5-star service to the sharing economy.
