Sugar Hill is the home to be during any holiday, family function or just to relax for a week of pure bliss. Sugar Hill has four bedrooms with five and one half bath. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is only one hundred and twenty five steps to the beach. Full size stainless steel appliances cn be found in the kitchen and an there is an outdoor kitchen for late night grilling. A must for any vacationer. This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and more. Atlantic Beach is a colorful, historic and growing town in Horry County, South Carolina. The community is filled with historic beach side cottages, well preserved mid to late nineteenth century buildings and beautiful custom designed vacation getaways. These structures provide the foundation for the forward-thinking plans being developed to preserve the Town of Atlantic Beach which has been historically important in African American culture along the South Carolina coast since the 1930s. The Town of Atlantic Beach Master Plan is designed to promote the continued growth and revitalization of the Town and provide guidance on the implementation of our Town Vision. The primary objective is to provide for growth and development in a manner that respects and balances the goals of the Town and its unique historical and physical characteristics. To position the Town to benefit from the added social and economic value of redevelopment, this Plan provides guidance on public and private physical improvements targeted at the re-invention of a unique sense of place, as it is this uniqueness that will distinguish the Town within the regional and national context and provide both the impetus for redevelopment efforts.Please Note: We rent to families only.House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction.

Our stay at Sugar Hill was outstanding, my family needed a quiet, restful vacation in this house had it all. Vacationing in September was great the weather was sunny all seven days the temperature was between 79-83 each day our pool was very relaxing and the evening on the front porch was quite and piece full. The Sugar Hill house is beautiful decorated making our vacation pleasant. I would like to thank the owners for building this beautiful house in such a historical location.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days, and it was absolutely wonderful! The view of the beach was beautiful and just a 2-minute walk away. The heated pool and jacuzzi that light up at night were such a treat — I honestly didn’t even feel the need to go sightseeing! The home itself had a cozy, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. The hosts were very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. The pool man came regularly to clean and check the pool and jacuzzi, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and grocery stores — and the area felt very safe and clean. This oceanfront beach house was absolutely perfect — from the beautiful views to the incredibly comfortable beds (my favorite part!). The host was amazing and went above and beyond, even sharing recommendations for the best local restaurants. The property has a huge pool, a bar area, and a jacuzzi that made it feel like a private resort. We also loved the arcade, karaoke setup, and smart TVs — the kids had a blast and never got bored. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for privacy and convenience. The home was spacious, clean, and full of great amenities—from the relaxing jacuzzi and fun game room to the beautiful private pool and well-equipped outdoor cooking area. The elevator was a thoughtful touch, especially for moving luggage and groceries. The host was responsive and made everything easy.
