The newly renovated kitchen features modern appliances and a functional layout, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying communal cooking experiences. The large dining table provides a perfect setting for socializing and enjoying delicious meals together, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for shared dining experiences. This dining room is a great place to disconnect from technology and reengage with your friends and family, allowing us to focus on meaningful conversations and shared experiences.

The games room offers a fun and lively area for friendly competition and laughter. Whether playing board games, foosball, or watching a movie together, this space provides an opportunity for bonding and creating lasting memories with your group.

This incredible retreat features seven (7) bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and sleeps 12 comfortably, (13 effective September 2026) . This three story Heritage home offers the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness, allowing guests to have their own space while still being able to come together in the shared living areas. After a day of outdoor activities in the picturesque surroundings of Banff, returning to this welcoming and comfortable space allows you to relax, recharge, and reconnect with friends in a setting that feels like a true home away from home.

Great location, only a few blocks from downtown! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Easily accommodated our party of 13.

The location is fantastic! The overall layout of the house is choppy but that is to be expected in an older home. There was plenty of room downstairs for relaxing and hanging out with the family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were small but adequate. The kitchen was also small but served its purpose - we were glad to have it. All in all we had a great experience.

Highly recommend this home for a vacation visit. We had a party of nine and everyone was comfortable. Everything needed was stocked and you could tell that the Host was very thoughtful about what was present for the guest’s use. We found everything we needed and it all worked as it should. Property has a fenced in front yard with a picnic table and a large round table with an umbrella. Nice place to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. We didn’t need anything, but the Host still called to see if we needed anything. Very thoughtful. We stayed a full week and everyone enjoyed our stay in Banff.

We loved the location. It can’t be beat! Also, lots of great sitting areas on the main floor were a nice perk.Beds were fairly uncomfortable, but we managed!

Great Spot for a Girls’ Trip! What a perfect place for our girls’ getaway! With nine women and all our luggage, we had plenty of space and more than enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready without feeling rushed. The house was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable. We also loved being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants—it made everything so easy and fun. We’d definitely stay here again!

Service was excellent, good and clear communication, super responsive and quick to address any needs. House itself is another story; the dwelling itself is historic, and with three sitting rooms, a game room, large dining room, convenient kitchen, tastefully furnished, front yard with space to sit, six bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (kudos to the contractor, that is not a small task), and literally two blocks from Banff Avenue, 3 blocks from Bear Street, 2.5 blocks from the Dusty Boot, this is an excellent place for a large family, friends, or corporate getaway. Five stars with confidence.

Perfect location. 1 block from shuttle stop and in the middle of the quaint town. The rooms were small with limited storage for luggage etc but we managed. The downstairs accommodated our gatherings well for 13 adults. There was roofing being done during our stay which interrupted some of our afternoon time but communication was quick in asking them to stop. I just wish the whole project could have been delayed until it was unoccupied. Overall great trip and we would go back!

Great Location!

Perfect location while visiting Banff. We were a group of 6 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Just a few minutes walk to hiking and to restaurants and shopping. Management was very attentive when we had an issue with one of the bathrooms and quick to fix the issue. Would stay there again.

Birthday weekend

We had an amazing stay for my birthday with family and friends. The house was extremely clean and the bathroom in each room made it so easy for everyone. We loved the proximity to town but also the ease of getting to our selected hikes. The property manager was extremely helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Three Peaks Banff

The place was perfect for our small family reunion planned around my mother's 90th birthday. Coming from different places and having everyone in one place to catch up after so many years - having breakfasts and dinners on the big table together, sitting around the fireplace telling stories - is surely an unforgettable experience. The lodge is clean and spacious. A bathroom in every room is definitely a great thing to have, no lineups for showers, #1s and #2s. It is in a perfect location where the amenities downtown are within walking distance. Recommended for any family or group that wants to spend time together in privacy.

Excellent location! Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pizza and Bow Falls river trail and to the Bow Falls Viewpoint! We never used our car at all! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The bathrooms are very small, and some had very high step access into shower. Again, if people with mobility issues are traveling with you, as we had, this was an issue when choosing bedrooms.This is an older home with great history, but easily accessible electrical outlets was a small issue. Also, all bedrooms are upstairs, no main floor bedrooms for people with mobility issues.

Fantastic setup for large family a d unbeatable location

Family get together of 10 including 2 teenagers and an infant. Can not beat the location, walking distance to everything in Banff. We stayed for 4 night and had an absolute great time. Communication fantastic with property Manager prior to arrival. Was not aware from listing that their was lodge manager on site in seperate quarters. At first was a little concerned about this but Cynthia was an absolute Gem who helped and responded to stuff immediately so a bonus at the end of the day not a concern. Would not hesitate to return perfect for large groups and bonus that each room has it own bathroom and showers. Rooms all on the second floor but noise did not carry between rooms at all.

This property is well located in the city of Banff, easy to walk to most places. The kitchen and common areas are good for several people. The beds were ok, the mattresses were pretty hard, and it felt like no mattress pads were used. The house is very old and there are several windows without screens, this is a problem because there is also no airconditioning. It was 80 degrees F during our stay, and at night, there was no wind. It was hot in the house.I would suggest that this house is great for younger people who ski all day in the winter and want to come home to eat and crash. There is a nice fireplace in the common area.There was a washer and dryer, which we put to use, and that was very nice.

Great for large groups, perfect location

Absolutely amazing location in Banff. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the ski shuttle. The multitude of bathrooms were perfect for a large group. The house itself was adorable with lots of charm and very clean. We did have an issue with the door lock. The battery for the key pad died so someone had to climb through the window since we couldn’t get in contact with the host. We had to use batteries from the remote to fix it. There was also a private locked door in the living room and an extension out the back of the house. We heard people through the door and saw people walking in and out. We didn’t see that the managers lived in the house on the VRBO listing, but it wasn’t an issue overall.
