My wife and I had an amazing visit to Sedona and this house was fantastic. The pool area is completely private and almost no noise from surrounding homes or streets. Communication was excellent and I got responses from my questions typically within just a few minutes… even on Sunday. Already looking forward to our next trip and will definitely be staying here again.

What a fantastic home and property. My wife had to drag me inside because I just couldn’t get enough of the views of Twins and Courthouse Buttes! Spacious clean and great location. The tv was a little hard to navigate but honestly there is so much to do and see who needs a tv! 100% will be back!!!! If you are looking to sell let us know!

We stayed 4 nights and 3 full days in this lovely, well-appointed home with beautiful views in a gated, secure and private area - we thought. We were notified about Wednesday’s pool maintenance in the check-in paperwork (not Tuesday as described on this site). A time window would be nice, such as AM or PM. We were NOT notified of Thursday’s landscape maintenance. Very shocked to step out of the shower and find a landscaper appear to be looking through the master bedroom window. Felt EXTREMELY VIOLATED. The response from the management company was ‘they won’t be there long.’ We expected better management for a premier rental. Otherwise everything would have been 5 stars.

Hi Kathy, we are really grateful for the feedback and happy to hear you had an amazing time here in Sedona at Sedona Paradise, it surely is an exceptional home and location and we are grateful to have hosted you!! However, we are so very sorry about your experience with the landscaper and the situation that made you uncomfortable. Our Agent did her very best to offer our apologies (we do post the vendor days when they are on premises in the guest book in the home, in order to maintain a beautiful and immaculate property/experience for our guests; however, that doesn't excuse what happened and again, we are very sorry and have addressed this for future).
