The Space:
Located in the sought after and infamous Viaduct area, this fantastic 1-bedroom apartment is your invitation to elegant, exciting and convenient city living, providing access to some of Auckland’s best amenities at your doorstep. You will find delectable food and fun vibes all through the viaduct and Wynyard quarter or enjoy an evening stroll around to the west haven marina for a wholesome evening as the sun set’s. Despite the incredible city centre location the complex is very quiet and peaceful, overlooking the beautiful viaduct marina, the Auckland harbour and Wynyard quarter.
The apartment is incredibly spacious and well appointed, the indulgent interiors and beautiful vibrant colours throughout emanate the glamourous and elegant energy of the space and complex.
The living area has an open concept with indoor/outdoor flow to the large balcony and breath taking view, providing a stunning, sun kissed space for you to connect with your guests. The balcony features a dining table and some cozy bean bags for you to enjoy a drink, nibbles or a meal with your guests while watching the view.
There is a pizza oven and some recipe books so you can whip up a homemade creation while the sun goes down. The balcony is bathed in sun all day but really puts on a show in the early evening while the sun is setting, the perfect place to unwind after a long day watching the sky go through its symphony of colours as it fades to black.
The lounge area is doused with gorgeous golds and beautiful bronzes, the sun rays radiate them creating a glamorous glow and emphasizing the warm and homely feel. There is a smart TV with streaming apps and live TV for you to enjoy on those rainy days or quiet nights (streaming app accounts are not provided), a sound bar helps provide a real cinematic experience.
The fantastic L shaped kitchen offers plenty of space for storage, prepping and cooking. The full kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meal or impress your guests with a new recipe! There is a pizza oven on the balcony so you can enjoy the sparkling water view while making dinner.
The bedroom is a heavenly sleep sanctuary draped in deep blue hues, with a dreamy bed equipped with high quality linens, bedding and black out blinds to help you get a restful nights sleep. The bedroom features an ensuite and large wardrobe so you can unpack your luggage and really feel at home.
There is a laundry cupboard in the ensuite bathroom with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience during your stay, we do provide laundry detergent as well.
Guest Access:
The apartment is all yours including an allocated car park and access to the buildings swimming pool.
*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
The Viaduct is a prime location in the CBD, with buzzing restaurants, bars and nightlife surrounding the marina - it's a vibrant treat! There are many highlights and conveniences neighbouring the Viaduct making it a breeze for you to explore the best parts of the city.
See the immediate area by foot or scooter, zoom across the bridge to Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids!
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.
Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina all leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 5-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed, and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.
Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost, we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf). Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call-out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.
