We had an excellent experience. The location was wonderful - pool and large pool deck right on the beach with awesome snorkeling right there - we saw many beautiful fish and turtles, it was great. The home was large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The place was very clean. We loved it!

Amazing House. Best location on Aruba. House was clean, air conditioning worked great. Pool and spa were great. we had 3 couples and stayed there 7 days. The restaurant next door was great. 10 min easy drive to town. Snorkeling was the best right in front of the house. Beach was the best on Aruba in our opinion.

Great location, beautiful sunsets however since last year the cost doubled and next year it’s increasing again.It’s an enormous increase for 4 bedrooms. That’s disappointing as this will be our last year renting due to said exorbitant increase. home is clean but needs appliance updating.

Wonderful stay in this gorgeous property with arguably the best beachfront (and pool) on the entire island (better than the Ritz and felt like private beach for much of the stay). We would love to return. The only (truly the only one) slight negative is suboptimal kitchen appliances and supplies, which could be an issue if you enjoy cooking family dinners or a good cup of coffee (carafe was cracked). Yet, this is a very small negative relative to everything else so excellent about this property. I hope the owners or the property managers will address the kitchen and then this place is absolutely second to none!

Amazing beach front property!

I can't say enough about this beautiful home. House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were super comfortable making us feel at home. Plenty of plush towels and great water pressure. Air conditioning in every room keeping everyone comfortable. With steps to the beach, this house was perfect for our relaxing week with family. We would love to return to this home in the future.

Two bathrooms would not flush on the last day. The kitchen sink was not draining so maintenace had to come out twice to unclogg. Also no explanation on how to use the tvs. They use apple tvs but all remotes were dead. Ran out of propane after one use. The outdoor area and location on the beach were awesome. The house needs to be better managed. The front door is very hard to open.

Fantastic location and home!

We were a family of 5 adults and stayed at this home for 7 nights. We all loved our accommodations but what really sets this home apart is the outdoor area. The pool deck overlooks the best beach in Aruba and you are steps away from a beautiful clear turquoise ocean. We can not wait until we can return. We have stayed at a resort on Palm Beach but we loved staying at this home more. The home exceeded our expectations.

Trip of a Lifetime!

This was our 3rd time traveling to the beautiful island of Aruba but the first time not staying in a resort. We LOVED not staying in a resort! This home was the absolute perfect set up for us. We had 3 couples staying and had more than enough room. The home is large and right on the beach. It was so nice not having to get up early to get a beach chair or front row. We had our own private pool, and those sunsets were beyond memorable. We've already booked for next year. Thank you to Happy Rentals for answering any questions we had and for promptly handling any items no matter how small. Can't wait for our 2026 trip. and it was wonderful being able to cook some meals - breakfast and then some lunches without having to leave if we didn't want to.

This is one of the few rental houses in Aruba that has a private pool and is on the beach. Not across a busy road from the beach, ON the beach. And not just any beach, but two of the best beaches on the island. Is it remote and private? No, you will have tourists politely out front entertaining you all day. The people watching is fantastic. And if you want to snorkel get out before 10am or wait til sunset to avoid the snorkel cruise boats that pull up just south. We saw turtles and tons of beautiful fish, it’s excellent snorkeling literally right from the house. What everyone else pays to see on a day trip you can do whenever you want. Is this the most luxurious house on the island? Clearly not, it’s a little dated, the hot water takes awhile (if it ever gets above luke warm), and the flooring and lighting aren’t exactly inviting. But it’s all functional, the beds and furniture are comfortable, TV works, and the kitchen has the basics you need. The amazing pool, hot tub, deck, and location are what make this house a dream. There’s also a convenient bathroom off the patio to wash the sand off or use the toilet, that was a nice surprise. The price is fair for what you get.My only complaint is the communication was really sub-par. I got an auto-generated check in email a few days prior but it didn’t have the address. I messaged them but they didn’t respond until the morning we left, which added some stress. But regardless, we had the best week and would highly recommend.

Nice location

To start there was an issue getting in the home. Our plane was delayed and we arrived after hours. I had notified the office and was told not to worry everything would be all set. We arrived I would say around 6pm and had no cell service and no access to the WiFi yet. If it wasn't for the neighbor I don't know what we would have done. She got ahold of someone to get the code to the lock box so we could get in. Once in we realized the safe didn't work and wasn't even bolted down. Also 2 sinks didn't drain. Maintenance did come and was able to fix the sink in the kitchen but had to take the safe as he could not get it to work. Even if safe did work it would be useless as it wasn't bolted to the shelf. The kitchen essentials are minimal. I have never stayed at a villa where the only spices available are a salt and pepper shaker. Knives were very dull and could hardly cut through fruit. Definitely not a kitchen set up to cook for more than 2 people. Everyone in the party complained about the beds. Very uncomfortable. I would recommend to the owner to install a foot wash at the stairs up to house from the beach so people don't have to track sand to the hose to rinse off. Also I would recommend the pool be maintained more often. The tiles are filthy. The location is perfection though and my complaints would not ever deter me from coming back just hope the owner would upgrade a bit for this price point.

(1/5)Avoid this property if you value your vacation.We spent thousands of dollars expecting a luxury stay and instead spent our trip dealing with maintenance problems that should never exist in a rental at this price point. The bedroom had a roof leak that dripped directly onto the bed, soaking the mattress and leaving a large yellow stain. The air conditioning unit also leaked, leaving water on the living room floor and damaging some of our personal belongings, including our passports.The property was also far from private. People were living upstairs and were regularly outside, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the outdoor space. Even more awkward, the cleaning crew also appeared to be living on the property, which was never disclosed. On the day of checkout, they were standing outside waiting before our scheduled checkout time, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable while trying to finish packing.The most disappointing part was how the situation was handled. Rather than taking meaningful responsibility for the condition of the property or the impact it had on our vacation, they offered what felt like the absolute minimum refund possible, an amount that didn’t come close to reflecting the inconvenience, disruption, or damage we experienced.For the amount of money we paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. No guest should have to sleep under a leaking roof, deal with water leaking inside the home, sacrifice privacy, or feel like their concerns are
