A great location, a clean cabin, and a kitchen stocked well enough to actually cook in—sounds like this one made the trip pretty easy! We’re glad you got to enjoy some hiking and a visit to Gorge Underground too. We appreciate the detailed feedback and are sorry several aspects of the stay fell short. Unfortunately our team was running behind, but we understand that changing an expected arrival time is still inconvenient and we understand why this would be upsetting. More importantly, the coffee maker should have been thoroughly checked during the turnover, and we apologize that old grounds were missed. We’re also taking the reported water odor seriously and will have that reviewed. While rural properties can occasionally have differences in water odor or quality depending on their water source, an odor described this strongly warrants attention. The cabin’s wooded setting can also mean seasonal gnats occasionally make an appearance, but we appreciate knowing when activity seems excessive. We will also confirm the mattress dimensions against the listing to make sure there is no discrepancy. Thanks so much for staying with us and for giving us an opportunity to review these concerns.
