The Mont is a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. We loved the porches (upstairs, side, and front!) and the back yard was wonderful. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time, loved that the community was walkable (even though it was hot!). It was fun to rent a golf cart for the day. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the sandy beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Really Special

The Mont is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed eating and visiting with each other in the enclosed porch. The house had everything anyone could want to make their stay enjoyable. It made our trip to the beautiful community of Carlton Landing that much sweeter and I’d love to stay there again!

Beautiful house and very thoughtfully stocked! If it wasn’t so hot this week we would have loved to take advantage of the screened porches but that just means we have to come back! The kitchen was fantastic if you love to cook. Super comfortable furniture & beds, huge dining table and the en suite rooms are awesome! Easy walk to two different pools, the lake beach, the lake water park, Momma Tig’s pizza, etc….and, for what it’s worth, it’s across the street from the only bar in CL. Also have to say the backyard setup is awesome, too…again, it was too hot/humid for us to really take advantage but the setup is amazing. If this layout works for you then you can’t get a better house than this. We will definitely be back, and thank you for the hospitality!

The Mont through Lake Stay was great for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our only "complaint" was that we weren't sure if we checked out properly. There were no specific instructions except to set thermostat & lock up, wipe up any spills. But if that was all we needed to do that's a great short list.

Great long weekend stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mont was perfect for our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids ages 5 & 8). The location is so close to the Meeting House and the house is so well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities. We loved the backyard and front porch and the furniture was all comfy. The parking was a bit tight, especially because the carriage house was also rented but it was easy to park a vehicle at the meeting house due to the location. Highly recommend this great house!
