Property was clean, great location between Navarre and Fort Walton. Check in was easy. Great neighbors. Clean pool. Great tv and bedroom lounge area for children. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurant. Try the pink coyote ice cream shop!

Outside of the fact that we had to call to get entry instructions, our stay was great. Definitely worth returning to.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had 3 individual families stay here together as a family vacation, and it was amazing. The space, the ability to have the ENTIRE home to do everything you can at your own home, the entire vibe at this spot is amazing. We loved meeting the neighbors as well as everything the condo on the sound had to offer. The spot is about 20 minutes to Navarre beach in normal everyday traffic, and roughly the same distance to Okaloosa island (which is better in my opinion). We grew up here and try to come back and visit family every year and we’ll be booking it again for next year. It was amazing.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is in good shape and has everything needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings enjoying nature.We loved the availability of the kayaks. They were in good shape. We met someone from the housing association who was very kind and gave permission to park the truck near where we could put in the kayaks.The decor is nice with plenty of bedding and pillows. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the queen sized beds. If you like a very firm bed, they're probably fine. We ended up using the mattresses on the bunks which were more comfortable for us.Thanks for a great vacation.

The condo itself is tastefully and minimally decorated, though the omission of rugs anywhere in the house makes for a very messy floor. It rained most of the time we were there, and with 5 of us coming in and out with wet feet, the floors had to be cleaned several times per day. The unit is advertised as “water view,” which is true from the upper balcony- if you look to the right. From the description, I thought we would be able to see the bay and the pool from the room so my kids could fish, but that’s not the case at all. It’s a good walk down to the pier. Pier is very clean and had abundant marine life, so the kids very much enjoyed that! Pool was clean and maintained, so they were able to swim while Tropical Storm Bertha passed. The kitchen was amply stocked for us to make lots of meals at home, and it had beautiful countertops! The lack of a K-cup coffee maker was surprising considering all the other appliances you have available, but there is a small drip machine for those who still use them. We just bought a small machine at Walmart for our stay. Overall, the place is conveniently located and amply equipped for a family of 5, but I was disappointed in the listing description. It had a glossed over look, but could use some love in the R&M department. All the glossing over made it feel cheap, though it has the potential to feel warm and homey. Rugs…. It needs rugs and a vacuum!

We're glad the kitchen setup, countertops, and the pier and pool were a hit for your family, especially with the weather during your stay. The property's flooring is intentionally minimal, and we know rugs are a matter of personal taste, but we appreciate you sharing your perspective. The listing photos show the unit's proximity to the water and the pool clearly, and the balcony does offer that water view along with an unobstructed view of the pool. We're sorry to hear the description didn't match your expectations in every way.

Nice . 30 mins from the beach. Inexpensive and bigger than we even needed. In a nicer area and the neighbors are super nice !
