The living space offers a 65-inch smart TV, modern decor, including a double sofa bed, a double daybed, split system air conditioning, and ducted heating throughout, providing temperature control for all seasons.

The dining area includes an 8-seat table, plus additional seating is available at the kitchen bench, ensuring ample space for everyone. The modern kitchen is equipped with a large gas hotplate, electric oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils, making it a breeze to prepare family meals.

The 3 bedrooms offer a touch of luxury akin to a hotel experience, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, adding convenience and privacy. A full family bathroom with a spacious shower, full bathtub, and a separate toilet caters to the needs of all guests.

Additionally, the lounge sofa and the lounge daybed, both convert to accommodate additional 4 guests, if needed. Please call Getaway Property Management if you require these beds.

Prepare for endless fun in the fabulous games room, equipped with, 7FT 3-in1 convertible air hockey table, a pool table and table tennis; dart board, board games, and even a basketball ring. It's the perfect space to challenge family and friends to friendly competitions and create lasting memories. If you prefer outdoor activities, gather around the inviting fire pit, and enjoy the warmth while sharing stories and roasting marshmallows.

Additionally, its proximity to Rosebud's beautiful beaches, coastal walking tracks, the shopping plaza, Rosebud Country Club, the Yawa aquatic centre, and the famous Peninsula Hot Springs ensures that you're never far from the area's attractions.
