Enter the home through the elegant mudroom, hang your hat, drop your bags then step into the light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining over flowing with natural light and suspended plants. 4 burner gas stovetop is beautifully built into the large kitchen island bench, 2 dishwashers are concealed in the island bench drawers maintaining the design aesthetic throughout. The Butlers pantry conceals the food stores, fridge/freezer and the perfect little tea and coffee station where you can make your morning cup of local Fleurieu Roast espresso style coffee.

Bi-fold doors open out to the beautiful front patio, built in barbecue and outdoor dining overlooking the rural landscape of Linear Park. This house is the getaway your have been dreamy of. Summer or winter, enjoy the vibrant sunsets through the old gums.

The native landscape can be enjoyed from the comfort of the cosy main lounge with two large sofas and a sun-filled bay window bench seat, the perfect nook for your holiday reading.

You'll have plenty of space for the whole family during your stay with four modern bedrooms matched with three equally beautiful bathrooms.

The private master bedroom has a king bed and a large luxurious ensuite with it's own bath, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 have two options for bed configuration depending on your needs. Option one: one king bed.
Option two: two single beds.

The default set up is bedroom 2 (one king bed) and bedroom 3 (2 single beds). If you would like a different configuration for these two rooms please request your changes when you make your booking.

Bedroom 2 and 3 open out to the second lounge area/ kid's retreat with a mountain of toys and books to keep the little guests entertained. Discover the hidden TV for some quiet, veg-out time.

The second bathroom is located next to bedroom 2 and 3 and has a shower, bath and toilet.

If this is a "working holiday" for you, our dedicated study space next to the kitchen is the perfect spot to knuckle down.

The laundry is fully-equipped with a new washing machine and clothes dryer. The indoor airing rack can be lowered from the ceiling if you prefer to air dry your laundry.

The fourth bedroom is a private retreat discreetly tucked away. It has a comfy queen bed, bamboo wardrobe and an ensuite shower and toilet.

Enjoy an afternoon gin in the sun, relaxing on the spacious built in bench seat in the beautiful terraced backyard. Wander the terrace paths to discover fruit trees and various edible delights.
