Just steps away from the Walmart layout center and David Glass Technology Building. It is also a bike able 1 mile away from the Momentary Museum, The Meteor and Blu Fish House.

The Space:
Inside, our house features a spacious and well-lit living area including a flat screen TV, a dining table for 4 with 2 additional chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals at home. The back patio has a charcoal grill and a patio set for outdoor dining.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house, backyard and garage for keeping bikes safe.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is conveniently located near I49 and also very close to all that downtown Bentonville has to offer. There is a grocery store located near the neighborhood to stock up on all your necessities to make you feel like home. It is also located the next street over from the new Walmart Home Office layout center as well as David Glass Technology Building.

Getting Around:
The area is very bike able, but there's also room to park 2 or 3 cars in the driveway or out on the street.

We will interact with guests as much or as little as they would like.
