Pulling up to the property, it was nothing like the picture. The instructions for opening had changed so there was some confusion, we called and opted to use a key instead of the new electronic keypad. The place was too small for 4 adults. We opted to use an air mattress instead of the pull out couch (mattress was thin and too small for 2 people; my husband is 6 foot tall) There were no cleaning products to clean up the kitchen or bathroom after our use. The bungalow is perfect for a couple, because the bathroom is located in the main bedroom. We had to go into the bedroom late at night to use the bathroom. Also, eating utensils are not enough for 2 couples. Sadly,we did not use the hottub because it did not look clean . Grass was very high and grounds were not maintained. No large garbage can to put garbage at the end of our stay.

St Augustine/Vilano Beach

The property is very nice and the neighborhood is great! Close to downtown St Augustine to enjoy all the attractions. Host was super responsive. Would stay here again.

Great stay at Vilano Beach

We very much enjoyed the apartment - it had everything we needed and was very clean. We esp enjoyed walking to the beach for our daily walk. It was very close to St. Augustine to see the historical sights. The property manager / host was very responsive.

Cozy stay super close to Historic St Augustine

We really enjoyed our time spent here! We had a long weekend and were able to quickly head to and from St Augustine. The beach is super close and the neighborhood is really nice. We really appreciated the quick communication from our hosts.

Awesome place!

This place is exactly as advertised! Adorable accommodations, property was absolutely stunning! Easy parking, just down the street from the beach, everything was clean, AND the host(s) even started our vacation out properly by leaving us cookies and a welcome card!! My son and I absolutely loved staying here and will DEFINITELY be renting it again in the future (provided it’s available when we are ready, that is!)

Very peaceful and relaxing

The property manger was real good, very quick response time for any questions I had. The check in process couldn’t have went smoother . The place was very clean and nice. The location was very convenient, great restaurants and resources very close by and anything else was not far at all if you’re someone trying to be away from the busier areas. Definitely would come back and certainly would recommend to others to stay.

Cute place!

Super cute place for a couple! We had 2 adults and a teenager. It was the perfect size since we weren’t there much. No living room so you have to just hang in the kitchen or bedroom but for the price and vicinity to the beach it didn’t matter. We had access to the hot tub, bikes and beach chairs as well as laundry room. Comfortable beds. Owners were easy to contact. Would stay here again!

Very Nice

The property was very nice, clean, and as listed online. It's a little smaller than I thought (the bathroom is quite small), but it was more than enough for a couple days. Kitchen was well stocked and the complimentary coffee bar was great. There were people upstairs, but they weren't a bother at all. All I could hear was them walking around sometimes. Beautiful yard, fountain, and foliage. The hot tub was very nice and was clean. We would stay here again.

Vilano Beach property

The St. Augustine Apt w/Hot Tub and Beach Access is a great location if you are looking for quiet and peaceful evenings. Located in a residential area but within walking distances of the beach and intercoastal. Just a short drive to the main attractions of St. Augustine. There are several local restaurants just a bike ride away and grocery store within 2 miles of the Apt. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.

The apartment was lovely. High end materials used( cabinets, flooring, appliances,etc). Check in was seamless. The kitchen was a perfect size, small but easy to move about. More utensils would have been a plus. The bath linens may need to be updated/refreshed - clean but dingy. The yard needs attention. The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and felt safe.

Adorable and clean little bungalow.

2 night stay, bicycles in the garage for use. Dog friendly. Walking distance to the beach. Quite and cute area! You are below another residence. You may hear some walking from above. Mothing to much though. Coffee pods were a bonus for the Keurig.

Lovely spot in Vilano

Great little apartment on the bottom story of a house. Perfect for two people. Easy walk to the Vilano beach, and the river. We loved the hot tub and the space was lovely.We could hear folks walking around upstairs in the apartment above which is another rental, though were able to sleep once the folks went to bed. Easy commute across the bridge to St. Augustine and Anastasia State Park.Well stocked, super cute, place. We appreciated the beach chairs and bikes provided by the host. Would definitely stay again, though probably upstairs on the second level. Also love that the apartment is Dog friendly.

A peaceful gem in the perfect location

This beach house on Boating Club Road made our stay truly special. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and comfort. The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished – everything feels thoughtfully chosen and well cared for.We especially loved the quiet surroundings and how close it was to the beach – just a short walk, and you’re standing by the ocean. Mornings on the porch with a coffee, evenings listening to the breeze – it was exactly the kind of break we needed.The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds super comfortable, and there was plenty of room to relax and unwind. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, which made our time by the ocean even more enjoyable. You can really feel that this home is loved and meant to be shared.We’re deeply grateful for this experience and already looking forward to coming back.

Great value- with caveats

The location was great for us and the apartment was very clean! That said, the bathroom could only be accessed through the main bedroom- so late night bathroom needs from the second bedroom can be disruptive. Also note that the laundry room is shared with the apartment upstairs with no instructions about shared usage. Speaking of upstairs- there is definitely a lack of sound insulation between floors.
