This great outdoor space includes a private large screened in covered back patio where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee lounging with the sounds of the Florida birds or soak in the hottub in the evening. It also has a nice shared subtropical yard with a small pond, a firepit and seating, a yard to play, and a hammock to relax in.  The property has stone walking paths, is just a quarter of a mile to the intracostal which is great for fishing and boating, and is just over a half of mile walk, bike or drive to the beautiful blue water beach. Plus it is located near to Ocean Hammock park which is a great place to explore Florida nature or to enjoy the nice boardwalk to the beach. Just 10 minutes from the historical district of St Augustine where you can tour the history, eat and shop. Check out the Castillo de San Marcos fort, the Fountain of Youth, St Augustine's  150 year old working lighthouse, or zipline across the alligator zoo.

Exterior security cameras cover front and back exterior entrance to the home. Guests are not permitted to adjust or remove exterior security cameras.

A refund is not permitted, for any one amenity (hot tub, bike, firepit...etc) or small appliance that is down for maintenance.
