Communication with the host was very good, the house and amenities were very nice. Great location for us, nice to have a garage. Was the best house we have ever stayed at through VRBO. Thanks for everything.

Property was great! Spacious and clean. Very well stocked kitchen and great beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, beach towels). Only issue was with communication on check in as we needed to call Vrbo support in middle of the night when we arrived. Wish that information on check-in was included in the Vrbo app vs sent separately from management company email address.

Wonderful Stay!

We were pleased with the home from the time we first walked in the door. The space was open and comfortable. The pool was great and always usable. The landscaping kept the yard private. We were able to live like it was our own home. We liked it so much we have reserved it for the same time next year.Overall a great experience.

Fantastic hosts

Property was very well maintained and clean. Everything looks exactly as pictured. Had a slight problem getting in with keypad and hosts had it handled within 2 minutes over the phone. Couldn’t ask for better service and communication.

It really is a little gem

The house is wonderful & decorated beautifully. The rooms are all a good size and everything you could want is in the house. The owners have thought of everything with lovely touches including shampoo, body wash, washing pods, beach bags, cool boxes, I could go on. It is light & spacious and a great space for a couple of families or a large get together. I would definitively stay here again, just beautiful.

Beautiful House!

We went down to Jensen Beach for a family wedding. We stayed at this house opposed to staying at a hotel. We immediately knew it was the right choice. The house was even nicer than the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We recommend it highly.

Great house!

My family and I had to come down to Jensen Beach for a funeral. We needed a place that was in JB and this home was absolutely perfect. It was immaculate from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The open floor plan and outside pool area were laid out very nicely for entertaining and outdoor living space. The beds were really comfortable, TVs and washer/dryer were awesome and we'd definitely stay here again. Thanks again for letting us stay at your lovely home !

We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, and the home is professionally serviced by house cleaners, pool service providers, and yard maintenance on a regular schedule. There were no reports of these issues during your stay, and this feedback was first raised near the end of your visit, which limited our ability to investigate or address any concerns in real time. We would have welcomed the opportunity to respond promptly had we been made aware earlier.

Would live here permanently if I could!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was beautifully decorated and so clean. Not only was it stunning, it was in a prime location to everything we could have wanted or needed. The outdoor area is like a little oasis and my kids loved being able to be out there and in the pool. On top of that there is a large mango tree that hangs into the yard and it was fun every morning to go look for mangoes that had dropped. I was surprised when we got there to see what was stocked for us too use. There were full size toiletries in both bathrooms, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels and so much more. It just made everything very convenient. We loved it and we will definitely stay here again.

Jensen beach stay

The house is beautiful. I loved the open floor plan that leads out to the pool. Lots of pool toys and seating! I was disappointed the pool was not heated as advertised. When I checked in they said I didn’t pay for it & I needed to check with the property manager. She informed me the pool was only heated to 78 for our safety? The pool was so cold I could not enjoy it. I have family in the area with pools and they said their associations heat the pools to 85-90.

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our beautiful home for your stay. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the open floor plan and amenities by the pool. We apologize for any confusion regarding the pool heating. We want to clarify that the pool is indeed heated but to a maximum temperature of 78 degrees. We apologize if this was not communicated beforehand. To ensure future guests have accurate expectations, we have followed up with Evolve to update the listing and make it clear that the pool is heated to 78 degrees. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future."

Summer Stay in Jenson

Everything about this property was amazing. Down to the smallest detail, everything was thought of. The property was spotless, there were starters for everything, tissues, tp, paper towels, hygiene items. Lots of pool toys, books, beach chairs, toys for little ones. My family and I loved it. The welcome book had recommended restaurants and beaches, super close to the supermarket and a 5 min drive to the beach. The pool was perfect, very clean and the temperature was perfect as well! All of the beds were comfortable. Not one issue with anything, the back yard is like an oasis, very private and clean. The owners thought of everything and there wasn’t one detail missed. We will definitely be back! Beautiful property. Thank you for making our little family vacation absolutely perfect!!

What a wonderful property. We booked this house for our family during a baseball tournament. The house had everything we needed plus some. Everything is well stocked and very clean. There was enough space for everyone. Beds and furniture were super comfy. Pool and back area is an amazing place to sit back and unwind. Pool was the perfect temp! Check- in was a little disappointing but nothing dwell on. We asked for an early check in and it was approved. Although, when we arrived the code would not work as it was set for normal check in time. Host was very responsive. Had an issue with the keypad after we got back from a late game and it wouldn’t unlock. Once again host was right on it and worked us through it. Would 100% visit again.
