Just a stone's throw away from Ponsonby, beautifully proportioned, light and contemporary, this exquisitely renovated four-bedroom villa is located in the heart of Grey Lynn. Conveniently located within walking distance to Ponsonby, Auckland CBD and Newmarket, visit many of the ionic attractions like Sky Tower, Viaduct Habour, and shopping precincts. Indulge in the lively atmosphere of Grey Lynn with a range of cafes, restaurants and bars.

This 19th-century cottage has been brought into the new century and given an update that is stylish and comfortable! The front section of the house, built in the 1890s, is a classic Kiwi villa. It was tastefully renovated and extended in the last decade, maintaining the classic symmetry in the original section of the house, and adding a more modern and industrial bump out at the back.

Entering the house, you find yourself in lovely wide corridors adorned with exquisite Kauri floors and delicate chandeliers. The transition to the newer section is marked by a gradual shift from the classic warmth of Kauri to the sleekness of polished concrete floors in the open-plan living areas.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts high-end Gaggenau appliances and cleverly designed servo-driven cupboards, providing both opulence and practicality. The dining area, bathed in natural sunlight, offers a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Within the open-plan living area, one lounge beckons with ranch sliders that open onto the deck, enhancing the sense of openness and connectivity with nature.

Meanwhile, a second lounge is discreetly tucked away upstairs, adjacent to the main bedroom. With another three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, you will be spoilt for choice in which bedroom you sleep in.

The backyard, fully fenced, not only ensures privacy but also offers a secure space for your little ones to play freely. The classic heritage frontage provides strong street appeal and a double off-street car pad with an electric picket fence gate for security.

✧ Be respectful to the house and neighbours, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host's decision regardless of policy and booking in place.
✧ Form of government ID along with a selfie is required by the host.
✧ Spa pool is maintained on a regular basic to keep it hygienic for all guests. As guests, you are required to be clean before entering the spa, and to keep it hygienic and clean during your stay after check-out. Should it be left not clean and hygienic for the next guests, charges for treatment and loss of rental will apply.
Longer Stays:

- Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.

Great house, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled house. It is a great mix of restored cottage and modern addition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the house was spotless. We took advantage of being near Ponsonby street for fun food and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!
