Your 'home away from home' has a park literally around the corner where you can have a few kicks of the footy or soccer ball with the kids and another well equipped park with a playground, basketball hoop and BBQ areas etc located a short walk down Beach Street.
Excellent for families or anyone looking for chilled time or checking out the Adelaide social scene. Short walk to the East Grange train which takes you straight into Adelaide's city centre in about 15-20 mins. There is a Samsung TV 124cm x 70cm and you will have unlimited internet plus Apple TV.
Sleeping: 2 queen bedrooms with queen size beds and and a 3rd bedroom has a single bed. An additional guest can be catered for with an option of a quality king size single mattress. So in total can sleep up to 6 people.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven, easy travel from/to airport, city, cafes, & restaurants, shops & Adelaide's stunning coastline. Train and bus stops to the city are only a 5-10 minute walk. The indoor fireplace is a feature only and MUST NOT be used to light a fire.
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited. Use contrary to this may result in termination of rental and loss of the security deposit and or additional payments.
Music must be turned down by 10 pm. After 10pm only paid guests staying at the property should be there as this is a family holiday rental and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if rules are abused. Our neighbours are important to us – please respect them or the police will be called. We reserve the right to come to the house and enter it if disturbances are reported to us.
Long term tenants - if the quarterly electricity bill or water bill is over $1000 for the quarter that you are accomodating the property the excess will be passed on. Please be mindful of power and water usage.
